Great professional service. Good price for ski rental, and the shop is only 1 minute away from the gondola. You can leave your equipment there over night which makes it hassle free. The lads in the shop are really canny, they take your boots and skis off you when you return with ease. Thanks very much!

We visited Bansko last month and were let down by the AddCar, which left us at the airport for the whole night so we took a taxi to Bansko and paid 100 euro. We then rented car from Inter bansko and we had a pleasure to deal with Jordan who was very kind, the service was quick and no issues during the booking or afterwards. I would recommend this company and wanted to say many thanks to Jordan for saving our holiday 😊

We travelled as a group of 8 friends to Bansko for our first ski/snowboarding trip. Our first day of skiing was almost ruined by our hotel (Predela Lux - avoid this place) due to misinformation they gave us regarding taxi availability. Due to their mistake, we ended up queuing for the Gondola 20 minutes before our first lesson, in a queue with atleast an hour wait.
Despite this hiccup, Tommy from Inter Bansko was more than helpful. I phoned him and informed him of our problem, and he quickly arranged for a van to take us up the mountain, free of charge.
Three of us opted for skiing lessons and the other five for snowboarding lessons, as we were beginners. Our instructors Vladi and Simon were beyond kind, helpful, friendly and intuitive. Over the span of 5 days they managed to make decent skiers and snowboarders out of us. From not ever having touched skis or snowboards before, we were comfortably skiing down Blue slopes from the mountain summit on the 5th day.
Overall a fantastic experience, would definitely recommend. Thanks again to Tommy, Vladi and Simon!

I have book an excursion to Sofia from Bansko with inter Bansko service. My experience with them was really awful. I paid for the excursion 160 euros for two and it was just a transfer with a driver who escorted during one our walk in the city center. As a person who worked in the excursion service for one famous Cruise company I’ll highly not recommend you to take excursions with them! There was no information at all! Just the same if I took a taxi and went on my own. Too much over paid experience! If you want to have a nice tour, you better organize on your own!

We had an excellent experience with our private lessons with Simon for myself (intermediate level, red slopes) and Katja for my wife (beginner to intermediate, blue slopes). We only took two hours each, but we definitely felt the improvement in our techniques and confidence on the slopes. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a ski lesson today with Vlad L and it was just incredible. His communication, the style of coaching and instruction, and his attention to helpful details to ensure our safety was top notch. As an educator and skilled snowboarder, I appreciate his exceptional knowledge and method of scaffolding of skills to build our ability in fun and engaging ways. I would recommend Vlado if you want someone who cares about your growth, safety on the hill and can make you laugh. We will come back with our children and will certainly be asking for him again for lessons.

We hired ski equipment from here and the staff were extremely helpful especially when I needed to change my boots as they were extremely tight after first day ....
However I took 1-2-1 skiing lessons with an instructor from here and unfortunately as a nervous beginner skier he did not have the patience for me moving onto a new skill before I had mastered the first one .... it was so bad I had to end the second lesson early as I was starting to take a panic attack with the speed he was pushing me. I know that’s what you pay instructors for but I had explained initially that I was nervous and scared but this wasn’t listened to!! I went to an alternative ski school who listened and had me skiing down the ski road on my second lesson with them ..... also like most places in Bansko it’s cash only

After 2 years of not being happy with our ski school choices this year we tried Inter bansko - I am so happy that we did.
Out of group of 35 - 31 need lessons of various degree so we prob had 8 different instructors. Tommy was brilliant in the communication we changes promptly sorted and we were given instructor names before we started.
Excellent service and all the instructors were fantastic.
Everyone was happy but big shout out to the 2 instructors I had for my kids -
Emil who taught my 2 eldest to snowboard and the English Simon who took our 7 kids (the 7 dwarfs) on a brilliant adventure for the 5 days they had him.
Thanks so much and if we ever come back to bansko we will always choose you.
If you are thinking of lesson please pay that little bit more to use inter bansko they were great !

We booked ski gear in advance via weski with inter bankso. Unfortunately one member of staff made it really unpleasant. 1 member of our group had very uncomfortable ski boots and the main staff member was so unhelpful and rude. Even told her that coz she had fat legs she would not find boots to fit her! She is no overweight at all and just had slightly wider legs than rest of group.
Some of our group forgot their tickets on first morn and the same staff member was again so rude. We witnessed him being so unpleasant to numerous other customers. I wanted to change my boots another day as feet were sore and as he was so rude couldn't change them. It was a shame as the rest of the staff were very helpful and nice but this one staff member ruined the experienced for us. My friend couldn't ski on last day as couldn't get proper boots.

I was in Bansko for the weekend. I needed help with my skis. The people at Inter Bansko were very kind and helped me a lot. They fixed my skis and tuned my ski bindings. All of them are very warm and kind. I went there twice during my stay and they never charged me for their service. The shop they have is very large and has a lot of choice. They showed great professionalism and care. Thanks again, great place.
