Rude staff member

We booked ski gear in advance via weski with inter bankso. Unfortunately one member of staff made it really unpleasant. 1 member of our group had very uncomfortable ski boots and the main staff member was so unhelpful and rude. Even told her that coz she had fat legs she would not find boots to fit her! She is no overweight at all and just had slightly wider legs than rest of group.
Some of our group forgot their tickets on first morn and the same staff member was again so rude. We witnessed him being so unpleasant to numerous other customers. I wanted to change my boots another day as feet were sore and as he was so rude couldn't change them. It was a shame as the rest of the staff were very helpful and nice but this one staff member ruined the experienced for us. My friend couldn't ski on last day as couldn't get proper boots.

A First Class Service

We fell across this place by accident, while looking for another. So glad we did! Started off with a friendly relaxed chat, followed by some great pricing. After we hired Ski's and poles, they kindly stored our shoes while we skied and then the Hire Equipment each night with no charge. They waxed the Ski's each day and they were happy and helpful all the time we were there. I change from Skiing to Boarding and needed boots, and again they were very accommodating and reasonable on the pricing. They're also very close to the Gondola. I will be back to use this company next year, 100%.

Awful and extremely expensive "horse riding" experience.

Horse riding experience.

Booked an all day horse riding experience for €50 each. We were collected at 14:05 at our apartment and taken to the horses. Started at 14:25 and were led by a guy in flip flops holding the reins most of the way. We returned at 14:50. Absolutely not worth €50 each. You would get better value riding a donkey on Blackpool beach! Absolutely disgusted with the way it was sold stating an all day experience. Avoid at all costs.

My advice would be research other riding stables and look for better reviews.

Great service at Inter Rent Bansko. Magdalena was very helpful and speaks amazing English and is a great representative for this company.

Easy process to rent a car.. Good price...no deposit...quick and simple process.

Will certainly use this company again.

Had a great experience having private ski lessons with Ivo. Really helped me to relax and improve my technique. I would not hesitate to recommend him as an instructor. The team in the shop are also helpful and we’re brilliant with helping up with out kit each day.

Anton is a fantastic instructor, he is patient and highly experienced. I was totally hopeless at skiing and ended up feeling confident on a blue slope. He is kind and the others at the ski school are Friendly ! They are a good price.

The best snowboard experience.

This was my first snowboard lesson, and i didn't know anything about this sport. But my instructor explained everything clearly. Theoretical part was brief and simple. We started from easy steps, gradually going to complete exercises. I really like the trainer, he is optimistic and outright. And i definitely enjoyed our lesson. Especially for my first time practising, it was the best)
