Tours for those looking for something different and wanting to really learn about the Balinese Cultural, Religions, History or for those that just want see this magnificent remote area with its beautiful scenery. A choice of 2 1/2 day tours or you can combine them both for a full day or an overnight package. Our Cultural (cycle) tour takes you on a gentle bike ride through Ancient villages around Lake Batur, stopping to meet the locals and immersing you in their traditional rural lives. Group sizes are kept small (6 people) and only held twice a week, so that you get the personal touch. Tours are hosted by Westerners that help by translating for you as these somewhat shy Balinese share their lives to help you really understand their culture and beliefs. See another side of Bali that you will fall in love with, it's like going back in time, meet Balinese that don't work in tourism, farmers that show you how a simple life can be so fulfilling. Our canoe tour is for those that want to see this special area and take in the magic of the large 'Holy Lake", sharing it with only local fisherman. We have a combination of both tours once a week, or you can join the over-night tour, which not only combines both tours but lets you spend more time with these wonderful people in this magical place.
