Take the port's free shuttle bus up the hill towards the big white dome tents to meet tour operators. Domes also have little handicraft stalls (store info away for later!!) Mix of Simpson River (magnificent forest & river landscapes) & reserve short walk, longest suspension bridge, Puerto Aysen City tour, Waterfalls (Twin falls were impressive), then the highlight "pangal" lunch and dancing at a gorgeous rustic family farm (with super friendly doggies). The family grows their own vegetables and the lunch...and the Pisco Sour was superb. Lovely outing, very enjoyable and hospitable hosts. Our guide was Aldo who was exceptional (excellent English, extensive knowledge). Our driver Victor was very kind. The day felt like visiting the Aunts and Uncles on their farm out west. Delightful day, great value for money too.

We were on cruise ship and found this tour which was a great one. We visited countryside including waterfalls followed but a wonderful lunch at a family farm with local dancing demonstrated-and wine. Timing works perfect and the smaller bus was able to stop at places that the bigger cruise tour buses had to skip. Guide was good and gave us lots of local information. Easy to meet the tour but do give yourself plenty of time to get there-ie pick up your tender ticket early. We were late getting off but they left someone to wait for us who got us to the group. You do have to walk up a hill to meet them so consider that as well. On our ship the tender was very busy so even though we went to get tickets about 8:20 was 9:15 before we could board which made our arrival after 9:30 meeting time. They do make restroom stops.

Our tour guide Aldo was very pleasant and informative. He picked us up, as scheduled, at the bus drop-off point, and delivered us on-time. We drove in a mini-bus (about 12 passengers) to a nice riverside park, then to a waterfall, then to a pleasant country villa, where we spent more than an hour. The hosts provided a very nice lunch, and danced for us as well. We briefly drove through Puerto Aysen on the way back to port. (I believe that there were more stops planned for this tour, but our ship reduced its scheduled stay in port.)

This was one of the best tours we took on our cruise. The scenery was beautiful and the guide was very knowledgable. The highlight was lunch at a small family farm. The food was delicious and the traditional dance and music show was fun. I would definitely recommend this tour.

We booked this tour while on a HAL (Ms. Zaandam) cruise around Cape Horn. Our stops in Patagonia were beautiful! The weather was excellent and since it was the end of spring, flowers were blooming and waterfalls running. Booking the tour was simple, but each person (there were 4 of us) did have to fill out a waiver form and a lunch request. The enPatagonia tour group was easy to meet when we disembarked. Our knowledgeable guide told us quite a bit about Patagonia, it's history as well as flora and fauna. We stopped for some beautiful photo ops. THE BEST part of the tour was the visit to a farm where we met the owner family and their animals. A delicious meal (along with a bottle of really good wine) and a traditional dance show capped off the experience. I would highly recommend this tour.
