I used Renny Travel for another visit to Dominican Republic again as I had an amazing experience with them from start to finish in the past and they once again did not disappoint! I used their website to arrange a private transfer again and the process was absolutely seamless. I decided to also book a Monkeyland excursion with them, and since technology isn't always reliable, especially from one country to another, they replied to me within minutes to address my concern and immediately find a solution. Raulenny was promptly communicative and easily accessible before, during and after my visit. They will send you pictures and videos of the process of where in the airport to go and how to find their desk, as sometimes other reps/taxis might try to distract you on your way to finding them, and when you arrive, you will be greeted with your name at their desk so you know you're in the right place! We were kindly escorted straight to the vehicle, our bags carefully placed in the vehicle for us and we were greeted with cold bottles of water and una cerveza for both myself and my husband!
I very highly recommend their exceptional 5 star services if you're looking for a reliable private transfer, and excursion coordinator. A huge thank you to our pickup transfer driver Joaquin and our departure driver Alberto who were friendly,
polite, always arrived prior to scheduled time, and both got us to and from the airport safely and efficiently in a clean vehicle.

I booked Renny Travel for airport transfers only. Very affordable and a great experience. There were 11 of us total that were supposed to arrive at the same time. One family of 5 had flight issues and weren't able to arrive until the day after. Renny Travel was very helpful and easy to communicate with through the entire process. I would very highly recommend Renny Travel.

Renny Travel was my airport transfer from Punta Cana Airport to Dreams Flora resort.
They were waiting for my arrival with a placard with my name on it.
Check in was smooth and easy.
Was escorted to vehicle and sent on my way.
Return pick up driver arrived in a timely manner. And off we were on our way back.

I used Renny Travel for transportation from the airport to my resort and vice versa. Coordinating transportation for 11 people on various flights was easy. The staff was responsive to my questions. The drivers were friendly and prompt. Would definitely hire Renny Travel again.

We used renny travel as our private transfer to and from Punta Cana airport. The staff and always friendly and helpful. We had a luxury car and even a bottle of champagne to enjoy on our way to the resort. The driver was knowledgeable and pointed out many things during our drive. Thank you Renny for such great service.

I used Renny travel for an airport transfer and had Manuel as my driver. He was amazing! So friendly, kind, and outgoing. He stopped to get me coffee on our way to my destination. He made sure I was settled in before leaving and updated me on the arrival of my family. Thank you Manuel!

My bestie and I used Renny Travel this afternoon for our transfer from Secrets Tides Punta Cana to Hyatt Ziva CapCana. Manuel was our driver and he was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, a great driver and made sure we had everything to needed to be comfortable on our drive. Hoping to see him for our transfer to the airport in a few days!

Used Renny Travel to book a private tour of Santo Domingo for myself and my teenage son.
Kelvin was very professional and organized in taking my reservations and ensuring that all my requests were handled.
Our driver Pedro and Guide Hector were wonderful to be with and we felt safe and learned a lot about the history of the Dominican Republic.
It was an experience we won’t soon forget and the personalized service was impeccable. I will use Kelvin and Renny Travel again!

I booked Renny Travel thru Ivy League Travel, I booked their Airport Transfer services and it was nothing but amazing and felt I was riding in luxury. Once I arrived at the airport they had my name on a sign and a sign wishing me a Happy Birthday. Prior to my arrival I had asked could they stop me by a grocery store on the way to the resort and they had no problems doing so, they also took time to go in the store with me to make things go smoothly. Pickup from the resort was also timely and smooth ride back to airport.

My husband and I traveled to Punta Cana on 2/7/2022 and used Renny Travel for the VIP Service. We have used the VIP service previously (not through Renny Travel) and had a wonderful experience.
We were supposed to be taken from the plane to a private lounge with drinks and then have all of our paperwork, etc. taken care of. First, we were not greeted. We were put in a space to wait for 7 other people and then we all just stood there. Then we stood in a line where we had to show our passports. No one knew what to do. Finally, someone took us to an area to wait. They did take our passports and went and got our luggage. No drinks, no AC, no bathrooms. When the person came back she asked my husband for payment. We had prepaid for this and when we showed the receipt the person just stated this was confirmation. I had to pull up our credit card information to show that we paid. They were going to try to make us pay twice.
This service is supposed to be relaxing, efficient and help travelers avoid lines. It did none of the above and was very expensive for no service at all. We would never use Renny Travel again. Very poor service with no amenities.We could have gotten through customs/security much faster on our own.

Please note that we only make the reservation with the airport, we don't provide the service only the Punta Cana Airport does, because they are the owners, we only are an extension to provide a service as a complement of our transportation service, so sorry you had to experience this as we have to wait for them to confirm us in order to confirm the clients.
