Imagin, I have been designing jewelry in HARRISON'S since 1980 when I sold my first collection to Saks Fifth Ave. in NYC. I quickly realized that I preferred selling to the public rather than doing wholesale work for others. I love good customer service and quality and those passions are passed down to every member of the HARRISON's staff. If that wasn't the case, we would not be for the past 36 years because you can't survive very long if you don't treat your clients fairly. Clearly something happened that should not have happened and if you help me, I can address your concern.
