Whatever you do in Dominican republic, do not miss a trip with this agency!
We had 2 trips this week and it is hard to explain how happy we were. Both teams were absolutely professional.
We started with Whales+Bacardi island+Lemon. What a day! We saw a mama whale and a baby thanks to our captain. We had a great time in Bacardi island and safety horse ride. “Father” Luis was a great guide.
Today we had Saona VIP trip. So so so much fun and a lot of vitamin R😄
Perfect time on the beach and good lunch. We saw starfish, scat, dolphin and turtles. Great day full of emotions. Christian and his team are just number 1!

I used Go Dominican for transportation from the airport to my resort and back. Maria was super responsive and friendly on email. Ariel drove us there and back, and he was a great driver and really friendly. And the price was good too.

We booked their services and it was convenient and has wi-fi on the coach but they bussed our heads in transportation. They charged us $30 USD dollars to literally go 5 minutes up the street. There is a language barrier, well atleast I thought so but hearing western accents and european accents translates and ring money bells in their ears. I would be cautious in using this transport when necessary. If avoidable don't use any type of transport in this country or use it as least as possible.

I tried booking with this company, but when you review your order online before you book it, it populates with tomorrow’s date instead of the date you enter. Good thing I caught it and emailed them before I confirmed. They sent me an email saying that I booked and sent me a paypal request. I tried calling several times, no answer. I emailed back saying I did not book. Then I get a confirmation email that they will be picking me up tomorrow. What kind of service is this? I will not be paying and I will not be there tomorrow.

We scheduled our shuttle from the airport to the resort through Go Dominican and we're thoroughly pleased. Our flight was delayed which caused us to miss a connection, and a quick email was all it took to update the arrangements. They were very visible and easy to find at the airport, and communicated well in advance of our return shuttle. Their prices were very reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

These guys did a great job with round trip transportation to and from PUJ and Paradisus resort. Excellent choice, great value, friendly and professional.

They picked us up on time at our hotel, the fun excursion, the boat party, the entertainers, the guide, everything was great. snorkeling we could see the colorful fish. very cool cheer up

went to saona island and was the worst experience we have ever had no guide to explain the excussion. when we got to the beach there was no seating and no one explained about the food. we went the whole day without guide which was honestly very bad organization

Good morning,
Yes, you will find cold beer and champagne at the Duty free of the Punta Cana airport. I do not have the exact price for these products but if you buy international brands they should be cheaper than in the US territory, as they are tax-free.
Concerning the cigarettes, you will find many US brands. For example, a carton of Marlboro is about $25/$30 and you can often see offers at $55 for two cartons.
However, please note that the duty-free of the Punta Cana airport is only available at your departure from Punta Cana and not at your arrival.
You should have the option to buy them anyway cheaper directly in your flight,
