Monkey Jungle is located between Sosua and Cabarete, just 9 km up El Choco Road. It is the home to almost 30 squirrel and capuchin monkeys and includes a 7 station 4500 foot ACCT certified zip line. Enjoy the breathtaking view spanning over 290 acre working farm and the home of the free Monkey Jungle medical/dental clinic. Profits from the Monkey Jungle and Zip Line Adventures are used to fund the free on-site clinics. Check out why we have been listed as number one on TripAdvisor since we opened in 2010. Reservations recommended and ages 2 to 89 have participated. Zip Line Adventures caters to guests with special needs.

Overview
Go ziplining and interact with native squirrel monkeys during this 4.5-hour eco-adventure from Punta Cana. Get suited up in safety equipment and zoom through the lush jungle of the Choco region over 7 ziplines and 2 suspension bridges. With a naturalist guide, enter the forest of Monkey Jungle, fruit basket in hand, and interact with friendly squirrel monkeys. Round-trip transportation from Puerto Plata hotels is included.

I am sorry Punta Cana is many hours away from Monkey Jungle, It is at least a 6-hour drive 1 way. Monkey Jungle is in Sosua, on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic, Punta Cana is on the South East tip of the Island.

Monkey tour is an hour, zipline is around 90 minutes....I'd plan to be there 3 hours.
