Spent two months in Cabarete, and one of my goals was to build from scratch a yoga practice. The teachers, Molly and Christie, were both excellent. They were able to work with all different levels of students, and make the class challenging, enjoyable and possible every time! The confidence Molly helped me build in starting my practice is something I hope to take with me when we leave.
The temple is open-air and overlooks the ocean; can’t imagine a better spot for morning yoga!

I have been fortunate enough to spend a month at Kite Beach last year and almost 6 weeks this year. The Yoga Loft is conveniently loc
ated beside the condo we rent. There is nothing like the Loft itself with the beautiful view and sounds of the ocean. You feel as if you are one and the same. The teachers ( this year Moraima and Ella) are exceptional leading a challenging practice (for myself) in a calming, positive manner inspiring confidence. I had the pleasure of two classes with Moraima as a lone student where she went above and beyond to guide me through my practice. I can't wait to return next year and possibly do a complete retreat!!! Thank you Yoga Loft!!!

We had the pleasure of two different teachers while at the loft. We had Molly M, who was just amazing. She is a very talented instructor, and was super helpful and lead great classes for us! She made our stay in Cabaret really memorable. We also had classes with Chrissy , which were fun at the Yoga Loft. If you are looking for some inspiring yoga, this is the place to go! If you love the ocean, you will love the view here.

Molly is hands down the best yoga teacher I've ever had. I can't thank her enough for the sincere guidance and support she provided to each of us individually. Learning from another yogi who grew up as a dancer helped me achieve a new level to my practice.
On the week long retreat I spent with Molly over 2017-2018 New Years, we used our two daily practices, daily activity (trapeze was my favorite!) and group meals to focus on each chakra, bringing about a whole-self transformation by incorporating all eight limbs of yoga. With a strong background in Baptiste Yoga, she started our early mornings with a really strong flow that never failed to jump start the day. Watching the first rays of sunshine pour over the Yoga Loft during morning practice, overlooking the serene ocean, was breathtaking. We ended our days' practice with a more restorative flow, while the seemingly countless number of kitesurfers were in full tilt.
The food for our group breakfasts & dinners from La Mesa Taina offered organically, sustainably grown food directly from eXtreme hotel's Taino Farm, which we toured for one of our daily activities.
The activities included trapeze, an intensive handstand workshop, SUP Yoga, AcroYoga, the farm tour & river float, and surfing. eXtreme Circus Cabarete ran the trapeze, handstand workshop and AcroYoga activities, and they also do Aerial classes. An outstanding crew of people from so many different backgrounds, from sailing and literally flying (planes, that is) to dance and more. The farm tour and river float is led by the owner Robbie, who gets really deep into the philosophy of the hotel, farm, circus, yoga and kitesurfing elements that makes this place so special.
All around, this was one of the greatest places I've ever visited, where I met some of the most phenomenal people I've ever met in my life. I can honestly say that Molly's guidance and presence will be with me and my yoga practice for the rest of my life. So much love for everyone at the Yoga Loft, eXtreme Hotels Cabarete, eXtreme Circus Cabarete, La Mesa Taina & Taino Farm (also the nearby bar Las Almendras)!!

I just spent a week in Cabarete and I finished off each day with the evening yoga class. These classes were a slow flow with restorative poses at the end. Perfect after a day of surfing or trapeze. I had Moraima for most of my classes. She is a very talented teacher. She incorporated your requests into the classes. I love her moon salutation. She had a couple of stretches that I had not done before (I have been practicing yoga for 14 years and been a teacher for 8.) Her hands on adjustments felt amazing. The location is right on the beach with a view of the ocean. It is nice when the breeze is light and the screen can be up. A beautiful mandala is painted on one wall. I was so present that i didn't really notice a bit of noise from the kitchen below. The lights on a dimmer would be my only suggestion.

I went on a yoga retreat and did daily practice at the Yoga Loft. It's a magical spot and Molly is an awesome teacher!
