Mermaid is nice statue and symbols for this beach. Need to queue if u wanna take photo because due to crowded tourist.

It's one of those to tick off when in Songkhla. Reminds of Copenhagen, perhaps this is for South East Asia. Get some sand under your feet.

We never going near to the statue because its near the sea, the wind is strong and the wave is too big, really dangerous to the family with really young children. But its a wonderful experience though and they have a lot of attraction nearby

We stopped here a moment for the scenery and breathtaking view. It was really hot and sunny, the sand warmed my feet I couldn't leave my shoes to enjoy it. But the view is paradise.

They called it the Golden Mermaid but actually it is made from bronze. One of the main attractions in Songkhla. Located on the Samila Beach or Pantai Bismillah in Malay language.
