Wachira night food market locate on Talayluang street , Songkhla city, Songkhla province. I certainly like there because there are many food stalls. You can have seafood, noodle, snack, fried chicken, fruits, traditional Thai dishes, etc. There are pretty crowded with local people. I like grilled squid with spicy and sour sauce. Very very hot.

A walking street, safe for all shoppers....now look out for the delicious entrees, snacks & food of your choice.
You name it there are plenty of your choice. Try the succulent roasted piglets (hmmm fresh & crispy) just 100 baht, get some seafood, the freshes river prawns, we love the prawn fritters, every bite is a wonderful mouthful.
Go for the BBQ (10-12 pieces Freshly cooked & tasty). If you are game for BBQ, Roti (bread with a difference), we had Fresh Sea coconuts for a cooling effect. But you can't stop here because there are just too many varieties that will suit your choice & taste. Now, that you are full - shop around for all your needs & or necessity. We bought "rice soap" , very practical but heavy to lug.

This market only 10mins from Songkhla old town.Best to come here after5pm. to enjoy 1km.of local street food less than 50¢. Enjoying a beautiful sunset by Charatat beach and walk to the market is a perfect choice in Songkhla. My fav. menu is seafood BBQ with spicy sauce and local noodle 'Kano jeen'.
Enjoy ur trip!
