Near town center, in a pretty and well maitained park, it is one of the best sites in this lovely and modest town. The old stupa is in an excellent condition, serene, quiet, inviting. Worth a visit and worth the 50 baht entrance ticket.

Only one main structure in the old temple. However, you can see the most proportional structure, the most delicate looking, not bulky looking like the new era stoops.

This is history, preservation, beauty and tranquility. Unusual for its age, just beyond the city walls, peaceful and worth a few minutes of reflection and meditation on the past linked to the present.
