Boarded and alighted on this port to and from a cruise to Okinawa. Very clean and efficient. There’s convenient stores for your last minute needs. The information counter are staffed with very helpful people who speaks English well.

This is the cruise ship harbor for Taipai (about 1 hour drive). Not that scenic in the day but a night the city is lit all around, with a couple big neon Keelung signs shining and lots of buildings lit up
