This is one of the most beautiful waterfalls I have ever seen. From Legazpi City, Albay, it will take around 30-40 minutes to reach this place. The roads are already good and the view of the Mayon volcano is an added attraction. Once you reach the place, there is a long stairs leading down the falls. For the elderly, you... More

As I've read in the reviews, they say this takes 40 mins from tabaco city but when we went there, it took us only an hour from Legazpi with our own private car. Going down the falls would be challenging as you need to step on the big rocks to go to the falls and going around the area. With... More

It is a little off the beaten track, but the drive to get there takes you up a mountain and through small villages and farmland. This in itself, is worth going as it is very scenic. The waterfall itself is idyllic and the water very clear - excellent for swimming and spending a morning or afternoon there. The guy responsible... More

Vera Falls is a bit off the beaten track, up a small side road from the main Tabaco-Ligao road, but the road has been improved recently and the hills are easier to pass over now. When you get to the car park, you might find someone there in the kiosk but it is best to take all your own food... More

An excellent place to visit on a hot day. Its not near Legazpi as so many people state but actually closest to Tabaco City. It takes about 40 minutes from Tabaco.

My family and I had a wonderful time in this secluded waterfalls. Water is crystal clear and cold. The caretaker is very friendly and ready to lend you a helping hand. There's no entrance fee so make sure not to leave any trash.

Though there is less water falling from its peak still..my experience with Vera falls left me with this certain happiness that made me realized that I am blessed to be ALIVE! Pros: 1. No hardcore trekking required to reach the waterfalls. 2. Crystal clear water. 3. Cottages are available within the site. 4. No entrance fee - however, caretaker accepts... More

Its a long way from Legazpi to Vera falls it took us 2 hours (maybe because our motor driver isn't familiar with the place going to Vera Falls) but definitely is a worth of your time and effort. crystal clean water, there are few cottages in the area. Plus they dont have any entrance fee. You could donate to the... More

The falls is great, it's just near Tabaco Port, perfect for side trip over Leazpi or Catanduanes trip. We just got over charge by the tricycle driver from the port. best way to go tehre is to find a habal habal

Tucked in Malinao Mountain, Vera Falls was discovered in the 1980s according to our guide, and was a favorite go-to place among mountaineers. The water is cold and fresh, and there are several good spots to take your selfies and groufies. The area is quite rocky (but not jagged), so it could be slippery when it rains. I hope they... More
