It takes about 2 to 3 hours to get to Garam Chasma ( translation= Hot Spring). The drive is scenic but the exact source hot water has been encroached upon and you have to go through narrow lanes and climb to get to it. Here again with a little improvement this can turn out to be a major attraction. There are baths available but I did not see any for women.
Perhaps the best solution is to stay at Hotel Injigaan and use the swimming pool for your ” health” bath.

Nature miracles of hot water in a place which get closed in winter and sees lot of snow, lush green valley with half barren high mountains good for hiking, great picnic spots aside gushing white freezing cold water streams, tastiest fruits especially apricot which we took a lot cooling them in running streams at unimaginably low price 70 rs a kg (in Rawalpindi it is 100 a quarter kg). very courteous and welcoming innocent people.

The valley of Lotkhow where the hot water springs are situated,is a drive of almost three hours from the main town of chitral.
It is famous for breath taking natural scenes, catching Trout fish and chilling milky river & taking bath in hot water to get rid of body aches & skin diseases..On can go there early in the morning and come back after walking around for three or four hours.

High in the Hindukush mountains of northern Pakistan's Lotkhoh Valley is Garam Chashma- famous for the healing properties of its Hot Springs. It is roughly a 4 hour drive from Chitral best reached in a 4 by 4 vehicle. A number of public bathrooms are constructed near the spring and water is also taken by hoses/pipes to hotels/homes. It is popular with people who believe in its healing powers to cure skin and joint diseases. Bathing season is mostly in Spring.
Hotel Injigaan has a well constructed swimming pool filled with the water from the hot spring. Rs500/person is charged for using it.
Garam Chashma has a small but bustling old style bazaar selling precious stones to kebabs. Brown trout can also be fished here. This is one of the last villages as the border with Afghanistan is very close. The pomegranates here are very tasty.

It is located at some 2 hrs drive from Chitral town, famous for its hot springs that are considered having some medicinal effects for the skin maladies and joint pains, so people from far flung regions of Pakistan visit the valley.
It is also famous for its scenic and beautiful views and trout filled river.

Visited Garam Chashma on weekend with family and stayed at Injigan hotel. Nice place to be in hot summer. Greenery all around. You can enjoy hot springs. Contained sulphur and believed to cure some skin ailments. Can have trout fish in nearby water streams. Cherries are abundant in this season
