位置还行，去哪也挺方便的，离火车好、站还近，能通的地方有很多，这里的人流量相比起来是汽车站最多了，不过这环境卫生需要注意了，人多了，卫生就搞不好！安全问题还行，这个方面汽车站抓的很紧！

物价有点偏高

如果仔细观察的话，那里的风景还是不错的，至少那的阳光很干净，不像很多地方都是灰蒙蒙的。不过很可惜的是工作人员素质不是特别高，在那待了一个小时就听到好几起争吵事件，还有就是物价有点偏高。

差评
服务太差，车站工作人员态度不好，而且上二楼有的时候没有电梯，里边的小卖店价格太贵。老贵了。可以休息的地方太少，冬天没暖气，夏天没有空调

工作人员素质太坏。
东客站的风景不错，可惜的是工作人员的素质不高，总和乘客吵架，太煞风景。应该加强工人的培训，不能和乘客吵架，服务窗口，竟然如此霸道，不讲文明礼貌。
