Great Place
Feb 2020 • Couples
I was invited by the owners, and so my VIP trip was different, but the February celebration there was top notch - TONS of fireworks and such.

Look, they do things in China differently than in the West, so don't expect the type of entertainment you might in the USA.

This park is for walking, nature's beauty and time with family. It might seem, simple by some, but it is also in it's beginning stages. The owners bought many, many square miles around the park for expansion and absorbed some surroundings villages to create a future park with many attractions.

Hello, LIDONG

An ocean of flowers, see black bears there
Feb 2015 • Friends
Flower world is absolutely a theme park for agriculture sightseeing, flower planting and animals especially black bears breeding. Wandering in the sea of flowers, various flowers are blooming in a riot of colour. We got the chance to have close encounters with black bears and zebras. It is a very interesting experience. It is said that flower world is the largest black bear breeding center in south and southwest China for breeding more than 130 black bears.

Great!

We spent about 6 hours there walking almost all the way around the park. and spent about 45 ,minutes picking strawberries, The girls I was with spent time picking what I thought was weeds but turned out they were a form of plant that they used in cooking and we ate them that night. Nice and quiet. Don't go in the summer unless you like Nanning heat and humidity!

Disappointment is the word.
Mar 2013 • Couples
Entrance fee of 40 Yen was a total waste. The whole garden looked deserted and shabby. Maintainance is very poor and toilets are hard to find.
The road outside makes the place even worst. Dusty and noisy with heavy lorries spoiling the road.
It's a big regret visiting the place.

Waste of time and money

40 minutes away by bus on a dusty, bumpy road with nothing much to do and see. RMB40 entrance fees is not worth the trip.

Beautiful karst park near Nanning Shi.
I have been to Hua Hua Shi Jie twice in the last year. It is a very close to the city making it easy to see and has the beautiful karst peaks we go to Guilin for. It also has beautiful lakes, a great obstacle course play area for kids and adults alike and sun bears to feed. We've seen minority shows there as well. A great easy day trip for families (I brought my four kids from 4-13, and the enjoyed it).
