Very well maintained and managed. Went with a local friend who had a pass to get us in free and on the shuttle buses for free - so can't vouch for prices. Functioning Buddhist temple (not ancient), lakes, open green areas and wooded paths. Very nice.

It's big and green. If you are visitng someone here, they'll probably drag you to Qingxiu Mountain eventually. Originally on the outskirts of the city Nanning has grown around it. It's a big hill that takes about an hour to walk up or down. You can take the electric bus at the gate to the buddhist monastery at the top... More

This place is a big surprise for me during this trip. Expecting just a normal average Chinese park, the mountain is actually a big garden and really well designed. Orchid gardens inside is the biggest one I have come across in Asia.

It is beautiful place and if you reach into the tower, you can see the Nanning city from top. From different levels and different windows, you can feel the beauty of city from different aspects. It has 9 levels I remembered and it was old building but you can see everywhere from that building. You may need rest for a... More

This is not so much a mountain as a botanical and sculpture garden and it's really nice!!! The air smelled sweet, from the flowers, which is amazing for China. It would be a great place to go running if you're so inclinded. If you find yourself in Nanning it's definatley worth a visit!

This is a nice mountain park, much cleaner and better kept than many places I've been in China. Entry ticket is 20 rmb, and 2x bus ride is 9 rmb. You can also rent a bike to get around. This is a large area but not too strenuous hiking / walking. You can easily spend the day here. Nice view... More

Been to this park three times and still not have visited all the features and gardens. There is a tower on one hill with great view. A temple on another hill. Lots of flower gardens and ponds. They have those small open side buses to drive around, the park is too big to walk.
