Just finished a 5 days safari trip with Go Ahead Trip and their guide Shirima. Toured as a family (two kids 9y+11y) the Serengeti, Ngorongo, Tarangire and lake Manyara. It was the most extraordinary vacation we have had so far with beautiful landscapes and lots of animals! Kids were excited and everyone happy!
The entire trip was carefully planned and perfectly organised. The guide Shirima was really caring, knowledgeable and very professional. Accommodations were well chosen, spending some nights in the tented lodge in the Serengeti an unforgettable adventure! Each day brought different things to see and to experience so that our expectations were far exceeded.
We will keep this trip as one of the most memorable ones in our memories.

We had an excellent experience on safari with our driver and guide Sharima who is very knowledgeable and a really nice guy.
We did 3 days, Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara.
We stayed at Octagon Lodge where the room was great, lovely people and food.
We got to see all the animals including Lions, Elephants, Giraffe and so many more.
Communication throughout with Daniel was exceptional.
All round just brilliant, couldn't have asked for more.

We had an amazing experience with Go Ahead team organised by Daniel last December. We were a group of 11 with 4 children and of 7 nationalities. We all summited the mountain on Jan 1,2023. We could do this because of the care, patience and expert guidance of the team. They were specially good with children, encouraging them every step of the way. The food was good and hearty. The instructions were clear and there was always someone beside you all along the way.
They are the best and we highly recommend them!

You couldn’t pay me to go on another trip with Go Ahead Tours. Their accommodations are horrible and communication very bad as well. You can tell them months ahead what you’re looking for and they’ll give you something completely different. Then when they call you when you give a bad review they do nothing!! There are many other much better tour companies out there.

Did five days with our boys 9 and 11. They loved it. Very well organized . The hotels were all top notch, definitely were impressed. Our guide was Shirima and we really enjoyed his guidance. He was great with the boys who were often all over the place. Definitely recommended.

Highly recommended - we really enjoyed our 3-day Safari tour (Tarangire, Ngororo, Lake Manyara). Complete organization including some special adaptations to our needs went pretty smooth.
The communication with Daniel was fast & always helpful, even for our travel before and after the Safari he helped us to arrange us transportations for a very competitive price. In addition we did aswell the Mataruni waterfall tour from Moshi, for better experience and price arranged with TukTuk Transportation which was awesome aswell. The Safaris were an excellent wildlife viewing experience, the accomodation was wonderfull and our guide was doing a really great job.
