I am a solo traveler and I am looking to join a group for Mt. Kilimanjaro expedition for a 7-day Machame route starting on 30th June. I am looking for a non-luxury package, in the range of $1,100 to $1,200. And I am comfortable in making final booking and making payments after arriving at Moshi on 29th June. If sharing a tent or bringing my own tent makes a difference in price, please quote me 3 different prices: 1. Tent is brought by me 2. Tent is yours and I need to share the tent with a co-traveler 3. Tent is yours and I do not share it with anyone A rent list of gears outside the package will be helpful, if shared. I am landing at Kilimanjaro Intl airport on 29th June and want to start my 7 day Machame route trek on 30th June and end it on 6th July (no flexibility on these dates) With the quote, please provide a list of services that will be covered and not covered in the package. It will be helpful if you can answer below questions on inclusions and exclusions as well. 1. Tent to be used a. Is it 100% un-torn and all zips of the tent work b. Will I be asked to share my tent with someone else c. Will there be a toilet tent. I am ok even if it is not provided. 2. Will I be part of a group? How big is the group? 3. Share a day to day itinerary of Machame 7-day trek. 4. Is all Park fees, camping fees & rescue fees and any accompanying taxes for me, porters and guides covered in the package? 5. Is 18% VAT on all tour fees & services covered? 6. What is the arrangement for food. a. Are 3 meals provided during the trek? what kind of food is provided in meals? b. Water for the entire trek? c. Provision of Hot drinks in the mornings and in the evenings? 7. Is transport to and from the mountain gate to Moshi covered? 8. I want transport to the airport from Moshi before and after the trek (29th June morning and 7th July afternoon) 9. I will be carrying my own personal trekking gears, clothing, and sleeping bag. Price should be quoted considering this. Any rental of gears, if required, should be kept outside the package. 10. What kind of emergency arrangements you will have? a. Availability of supplemental oxygen in case of emergency b. Medicines to deal serious medical conditions of HAPE and HACE c. Diamox and other basic antibiotics and generics? 11. I don’t want tip to be included in the package, I will tip the porter and the team accordingly after the trek. 12. I will be staying in Moshi before and after the trek. I do not want any accommodation arrangement before and after the trek in Moshi

Altitude sickness isn't any worse / better as it's not based on weather, it's based on elevation and lack of oxygen at those elevations. As far as reaching the summing, hope they made it!
