Stopped at Macro Fossils as part of a tour visit. More of a demonstration and shopping than a proper museum. To their credit the sales pitch was soft and no pressure. Fascinating sale displays of furniture, sinks, jewelry, household goods, and fossils of all sizes....More
Don’t miss this place. The demonstrations of how they process the 400 + years old fossils into tables, sinks, and various other smaller personal and gift items is very interesting.
Their shop sells items at very reasonable prices and offers shipping on the larger items....More

Interesting information about the fossil discovery process provided by guides and great selection of products for purchase. Variety from inexpensive kitschy souvenir like items to extremely impressive and handsome table tops and work surfaces. An interesting spot to visit.

This was truly a great experience! Very knowledgeable staff and good English. The work they do is BEAUTIFUL, and they will ship it to you if need be. You need to be sure and stop by, its well worth it.
