I was a beautiful, calm time. You can witness the lake in its whole beauty sitting on the balcony. The food is amazing. I felt like a part of the family being welcomed by kids & the owner. Thank you for everything!

The view is spectacular and some cozy chairs at the restaurant and in front of our room were available to sit back and relax and enjoy. The host is very attentive to her guests needs as is her staff. The rooms were clean and had a fan which made it cool as we felt it was cooler here than in Accra. The kids loved the horse riding but they also enjoyed the opportunity to brush, feed and bath the houses. Our children have not taken lessons before but we felt the safe given the temperament of the horses. Prices for room and meals are very reasonable. I would recommend for a few night stay.

I have stayed at the green ranch twice. The first time, I so thoroughly enjoyed my experience that I brought my parents with me for a second trip. The food is Great, the view of the lake is superb and the horse back riding is excellent. Elodie is a fantastic host and made sure that all of our needs and concerns were addressed. We really appreciated this, since hospitality in Ghana generally leaves a lot to be desired. My family is gluten free, and Elody made sure that we had gluten free meal options throughout our stay. (Again, highly unusual for hospitality in ghana). The Green Ranch provides a B&B experience since Elody takes the time to get to know each one of her guests on a personal level. Some reviews mention snakes- i have never seen a snake here during either of my visits. I think that these are bogus reviews. In summary, I highly recommend this place and plan to return here in the future.

Really enjoyable stay. The rooms are comfortable and overlook the beautiful lake. I greatly enjoyed being able to walk the short distance down to the lake swim. It was extremely clean and at times I was the only person as far as the eye could see. It was extremely beautiful and peaceful. We also hired a canoe which was a fun way to explore the water. My friends went on the horse ride and also spoke very highly of the experience. The food was all vegetarian and freshly made. The breakfast was delicious and a good way to start the day. We didnt travel far from the green ranch as it was such a nice spot although I believe that there are some nice hikes in the area.
