We were linked with Andrea Tours through a tour group in Ecuador and we couldn't have been more pleased. Our guide Laura was warm and friendly, and we learned so much. With the above-and-beyond efforts of her and our driver, we made it to Cactus Island while the surrounding flats were still reflective. We got some amazing, one-of-a-kind views and photos, not to mention we had the whole island to ourselves! We also got a sunset tour and stargazing tour as a result of the longer journey. The stargazing wasn't even included in our itinerary. The flats were an out-of-this-planet experience, and we couldn't have enveloped ourselves more within them. We're truly grateful for a peaceful, reflective, breathtaking, and unforgettable experience.

My wife and I had a great experience with guide Mauricio and driver Julio during the 3 day/2 night tour offered by Andrea tours. The most important thing you must have in your tour of this area is a very safe driver. Driving through the flooded salt flats and over the rough dirt roads of this part of Bolivia is risky and demands a safe driver. Julio always drove at a safe speed and used good judgement when faced with frequent hazards such as deep holes in the road, and driving through the flooded salt flats. Mauricio speaks very good English and was a excellent guide and was able to add interesting commentary for each site. Mauricio was very patient with our desire to spend extra time taking an extra picture or to stop to take a closer look at an unexpected site. Our request to stop in Uyuni for a bite to eat before being dropped off at the airport was no problem. The lunch meals included and provided each day were more of a feast and quite excellent.

I arrived to Uyuni with my gf and we found Andrea Tours. We were checking info about trips that they offered 1 or 3 days. At some moment we mentioned that we came from San Pedro de Atacama. When the tourist office person hear we did San Pedro before, she told us something like "If you came from San Pedro, just do the 1 day trip, because other days would show you kind of similar places". You know... first time that someone from a Tourist Office try to not charge me as much as possible, but just the right amount of time. After our tour with them, we had a late bus and we could keep our luggage with them at their office after closing time. Not sure if they are usually doing that, but for us it was so helpful. And by the time we went they were still building a salt hotel. But some part of the building were ready, including the first floor rooms. So someone of the office took us to that hotel and we got an amazing place with a price just above an hostel. Best tourist office experience ever. Don't hesitate in going in there.

My husband and I traveled with guide Mario and driver Johnny, and they exceeded our expectations. Kind, thoughtful, well informed and personable, we enjoyed everything about the trip. We give our guide and driver the highest recommendation, and hope to return!

By looking at the reviews looks like the quality really depends on the driver & tour guide but our driver Juan Carlos was super good at driving, he always cleaned the floor/window so we could take good pictures from the car, and our guide Mateo was also very kind and knowledgeable, he played good music in the car and took really great pictures for us. They provided water for us everyday too. We were lucky enough to see both the dry and wet (due to prolonged rain period this year) and had a day tour, sunset tour, and night tour. I really recommend the night tour the starlight was so beautiful. On a second day we went close to the volcano where we could see flamingos.
