We have visited James Avery in Galleria, Bee Cave, four times since 2010.
Every time competent, friendly and helpful service.

My son wanted to buy a ring for his girlfriend he saw on line. The girl who helped him was very knowledgeable and found the right size ring in no time. Love that place!

We buy a charm for my mothers charm bracelet here every year. The service is impeccable which is a testament to the owners as they do employ seasonal help.

This is a very nice James Avery store. The location within the Hill Country Galleria is convenient for us. The staff was friendly and helpful when I ordered an engraved charm for a friend's birthday. They also arranged to have it attached to a bracelet.
If you have engraving and work done (such as attaching charms to bracelets as I mentioned), be prepared to have it sent off to Kerrville and their main workshop. I bought the one charm and had it attached and that process took two weeks. Plan ahead.
When I picked it up, they were careful to have me check the engraving, and offered to clean it whenever my friend is in town.
I will definitely shop here again.
