Stayed for one day of off piste skiing. Looked like a nice village. Clean, groomed pistes. Larger than expected with great off piste skiing. Take care! Ski off piste with a guide!

We stayed there at Carlines in March/April every year since 2012 and really recommend it. Great manager Sylvain, very friendly staff, good atmosphere, perfect with kids and friends. Kids clubs are great, with view of the mountains, on the terrace. Rooms are good and view on the mountains and ON THE SLOPES. Good food: eat what you can all the time and lots of fruits, local products, good cheeses (Tomme de Savoie, Beaufort), raclette (option). Free wine is ok (red wine) and it is possible to order good wine for a reasonable fee. Snow is always good even in April. Karellis is a "cooperative" which means they are a community and invest in the local community.

Been there with family (including a 7 year-old kid) and friends last February. Great place for mountain ski: the resort offers several trails, especially blues and reds, including some blacks. I really like the european concept: ski is a sport so, you take care of yourself and decide if that specific trail isn't too red for your skills!! The trails are beautiful, especially when the sun shines on the Alps. Also, the resort offers some interesting amenities for refreshment after hours of skiing. Hope to be back soon.
