If you are searching for a tepui hike and dont want to end up hiking in line with other groups. Auyan is your choice . The hike is a little more demanding than Roraima but much more rewarding in terms of wild life and plants

And probably it could be, because it is sooo,sooo impressive. And Huge! You will appreciate it by the overflight to Angel Falls and on the way to the Falls during the canoe-ride !

We passed close by on our way to Angel Falls. Like so many of these rugged plateaus, this is spectacular, especially when seen from a small wooden boat fighting its way up river.

To see how enormous it is, no picture can tell the feeling when you travel on the river around it. All the buildings in the world are tiny if you want to compare sizes.
