A souvenir/handycraft store that sells mostly artisan goods from different parts of Venezuela. This is a perfect place to expand your cultural travel to Caracas. However, as any part of that city, this place is a dangerous trip. Take the necessary precaution for tourism in Caracas, and you're good to do.

Hannsi is the famed place in El Hatillo to buy handicrafts and other souvenirs. Prices are reasonable (by parallel dollar rates) and offer a gigantic variety of goods to buy. Also stock cigars (Cuban and Venezuelan) and a nice cafe.

A charming shop in the colonial center of El Hatillo, it has really quality home decor and Venezuelan specialities. A mix between a store and a museum, parts of the store have different designs to reflect the different cultural areas of Venezuela: the Andes, the Coast, the Llanos (Orinoco basin), and Amazonia. I had to travel to Caracas 2 times last year(not something I looked forward to nor recommend its a very expensive and dangerous city with no redeeming factors!) but one day I went to el Hatillo where Hannsi was located They had the best by far of any handicrafts I ever saw in the country.
