Beautiful, fun golf course. It has always had extraordinary views but the work head greenkeeper Ben Walters has put has been transformational. The greens are as good as you will play anywhere in the uk and excitingly he is not finished yet! Together with the warmth of the reception from Phil the pro and Andy and Sue, bar/ catering this is a special, special place

My brother and I arranged to play here because it was the closest course to our holiday cottage.
We had a wonderful surprise at both the wonderful scenery and the excellent course. So many holes were full of character and the 5° temperature with medium North winds made them a real challenge.
We were made welcome and the game was fantastic value for money.
We’d recommend it to any golfer and our only disappointment was not having time to have a drink in the lovely bar/restaurant.

Six mixed company played the course on a sunny but rather windy day. As we had four consecutive days of golf we decided to play in buggies this time. Jesus! Were we glad we did.
It's a great course to play as every hole is different. It is quite challenging and our top score was just twenty seven points.
One of it's best features is the insulation which abounds.
The ladies tee boxes were just a yard or two in front of the yellow tees and this made it extremely hard for the women. Did they get any sympathy from us men? Not a chance, we have to be that far away from the pin every time.
Seriously though towards the latter end of the round ladies tees were in their proper places. I don't know if the earlier ladies tee boxes were g.u.r. The ladies with us struggled to get twenty points.
The course, overall, was in really good condition both on the fairways and on the greens, some of which were two-tiered with slopes.
Two of us would definitely play here again, the ladies would choose to give it a miss and the other gent is still recovering!
Absolutely enjoyed the whole day

Our 7 members from Clevedon and Mendip Springs played Llandridnod on the 3rd day of our Mid Wales tour.
From the moment we arrived we were made welcome, with the pro even volunteering to take our group picture
The view from the 1st is fabulous and the 17 holes that follow are tremendous
Challenging, dramatic do the members realise how fortunate they are...l expect so

Our party was struggling to find a decent Sunday Lunch in the area between 2 and three last Sunday - so we came upon this place as a last resort!
So glad we did! Fantastic fresh carvery and fantastic value to boot! £7.95 for a superb spread! Friendly staff also - not to be missed!

A party of us 7 in all, one came fron Aberystwyth and one from Hereford, had a really lovely Sunday lunch. A few drinks in the very comfortable bar area, quiet to start with but soon got busy. Very attentive staff. The lunch was Cavery style with a choice of 3 meats, all looking very appetising, We all had starters which were lush. I had the gammon and the turkey,a tad too much meat for me (next time I'll ask for small portion) and I sadly had to leave soms. The choice of vegetables were freshly cooked and just gorgeoud. Looking forward to next Sun when hopefully shall be lunching here again.

Very challenging but enjoyable course. Loads of ups and downs with tricky greens which will test you to the max , not a flat lie anywhere apart from the tee box which makes you think about your shots. Fantastic scenery all around and friendly helpful staff in the shop and clubhouse. A definite return will be on the cards.

A great place for a really good pint and chat. No music pool TV or other distractions.
Just enjoy meeting old friends and new people without having to shout.

Had a meeting upstairs and then a pre booked lunch although we were 15 minutes late and the room was full our meals came quickly piping hot and fresh. Good choice on the menu and the sweet board. Prices very competitive, unfortunately the view was shrouded in heavy mist.
