We went here with our children and expected to see so lovely flower displays, however all we saw was long grasses that had been cut around and hardly any flowers. Definitely not worth the £6 per adult that we paid. It's a shame as it is a lovely location just not as advertised.

So sorry the garden didn't match your expectations - there are plenty of flowers in the courtyard, rickyard, front garden and orchard. The dahlias and salvias are particularly floriferous at this time of year. As the garden moves into the landscape these types of plantings reduce so the garden fits into its setting. More

Even though the weather was not at it's best it did not spoil our visit to these lovely natural gardens. The lady who owns the gardens and created them from scratch was so knowledgeable and helpful.

What a hidden treasure - I was captivated by this amazing garden - it is so unexpected, we had driven down a lot of little lanes and then as we turned in I was unsure what to expect but it is utterly charming. There is a small building there which houses a very quaint library - lots of horticultural books,... More

Such a diversity of sections to this amazing garden. Plenty of lovely places to sit and enjoy the surroundings. The bog garden is unique and wonderful as is every aspect of this place. If you visit the library you can borrow books and for a small fee make your own tea and coffee to enjoy whilst sitting and perusing the... More

This garden is signposted, perhaps not very prominently to the right not long after leaving Fishguard for Cardigan on the main road. The lane is rather winding and narrow, but it is not too far to the drive, where there is a car park. The gardens are in a number of sections of varying wildness that somehow manage to create... We visited this delightful garden on a sunny day in July and we loved it. The grand design of the space - the splendid range of flowers, plants and shrubs was a great treat. There are many special corners with sculptures as well as natural features like the pond, benches and even a bright hammock. It was a great joy... More

This was a unique jumble of interesting plants which fits wonderfully with its surroundings despite the fact that many of the plants are not native to West Wales. Wonderful combinations of plants jostle together to produce a garden like no other. The cultivated garden blends beautifully with wild meadows and surrounding woodland. It is not a garden for those who... More

This hidden gem is a must for anyone liking informal gardens with some great unexpected and cerative features. It's set in the beautiful surroundings of North Pembrokeshire and overlooked by the peaks at the edge of the Preseli range of hills. Don't forget to check out their season ticket, which will save you money on return visits - enquire and... More

It was a grey & dismal day. We happened upon the garden by chance. What a lucky 'accident'! This is a very painterly garden - full of quirks & surprises, as well as truly inspired plantsmanship. Not the easiest place to find, but well worth the effort. There is no tea room, but for a small charge you can make... More
