This is a very beautiful church, inside & out, with some incredible marble features. There is a quiet area inside, for private prayer away from the tourists. There is also a lovely gift shop, ran by a very friendly lady. Well worth a visit.

A beautiful Victorian church constructed from many different sorts of marble. It was financed by Lady Margaret Willoughby de Broke from Compton Verney in Warwickshire in memory of her husband. Lady Margaret was one of the daughters of Sir John Williams of Bodelwydden Castle.
The most beautiful church I've seen externally; inside was also beautiful but, with work being carried out, possibly didn't look at its best. We visited on a coach trip so were fortunate to have the driver tell us of its history.
