A place full of memories, wide open sands, little rocks pools where you dabble for crabs or tease a sea anemone into action. Daymer Bay is the holiday of your childhood when Cornwall was detached from England over the Tamar by the notorious, ever-clogged A30....More

This is an outstandingly beautiful beach but it was ruined by the fact that it was over run by dogs. It seemed that at least 50% of the beach users had one or more dogs. Dogs are apparently allowed on the beach throughout the year...More

The road down to the beach is single carriageway with limited passing places. But, once you are down there it is a lovely secluded, glorious beach. A piece of hidden Cornwall.

This is one of our favourite beaches in North Cornwall to visit. It is dog friendly. When the tied goes out it shows it's hidden rock pools. Great Sandy beach. Walker friendly coast path to Polzeath or to Rock.

Lovely dog friendly beach. Beware some areas of very soft sand which the tide is out. Parking and toilet facilities available. Ferry across to Padstow was busy but there were frequent crossings.

Great place to walk and take in the sea views. You can expect to see dog walkers who are welcome on this beach.
