About
Cornish Rock Tors is an adventure sports company based on the north coast of Cornwall. Specialising in Coasteering, Sea Kayaking, Guided Swims and Equipment Hire. Cornish Rock Tors is now a thriving outdoor centre. We offer adventure packages for complete beginners all the way through to seasoned adrenaline junkies, covering half day trips to multiple day courses. We cater for individuals, family groups, school and youth groups, stag and hen parties and corporate teams, and we also provide activity gift vouchers as the perfect adventure present. We are based in Port Gaverne on the North Coast. Please get in touch for a chat and see what adventures we can organise for you whilst you’re here on holiday in Cornwall. We are proud to say that we hold an AALS (Adventure Activities Licensing Service) license for all our activities and that all our instructors hold the relevant National Governing Body Awards for all the activities we provide.

The perfect adventure!
Highly recommended from my family of 5.
It was an extremely professional set up, with a brilliant mix of experienced guides taking us out. They ensured the trips were fun but safe. Seas can be rough… they know what they’re doing.
In a week we went on 3 different activities with this company.… we were up for an adventurous holiday!
That’s exactly what we got!
Catered for all levels of confidence, fitness and ability! I’d class myself in the lower category of these Vs rest of my family but I still really enjoyed all the trips regardless !
Give them a go… they’re the best!

We booked Coasteering for a family of 4 (kids 16 & 11). I rang up a 2 days before to check as the weather looked like it would be poor on the day we originally had. The lovely lady I spoke to was able to bring our booking forward by a day so that we had excellent weather. On the day the staff were amazing and even offered to look after the fur child “Nigel” while we went off to enjoy.
Cal and Hugo were absolutely brilliant guides, and made sure everyone was well looked after and didn’t get into any trouble. Seriously that made it a fantastic experience. Having done Coasteering before I can honestly say this was by far the best organised with brilliant guides and amazing spots to climb, jump and cave. We even saw a seal! Thanks for making it a memory for life for the kids, they already want to come back again! 🙌🏻🙏🏻

A personal and Uber professional experience. We had Imogen and Jack for close to 2 hours and they did a fantastic job of showing us some amazing cliff jumps, a huge and narrow cave, goose neck barnacles and provided so interesting facts on the coastline. Surpassed our expectations.

Went for my birthday and had a great time. Really fun being able to paddle in between rocks to reach the caves and the tide was mostly calm but a little bit of chop so just right for first timers on the sea. Hugo was a great host, really knowledgeable about marinelife, (we saw interesting sea birds so didn't matter too much not seeing a dolphin) and always happy to answer any questions. Decent value too for the length of the outing. Would love to do it again if I visit Cornwall again in future!

Hugo is the best kind of person - a very enthusiastic and passionate archery nerd. Expect to not only be able to shoot at a variety of targets but also learn a lot about different types of bow throughout history, their uses, how they were handled, and the intricacies of technique. Axe throwing was also a lot of fun!

Went coasteering with my son. Nice guides, good equipment, lovely area. The sea is amazingly clear in Cornwall this year and not too cold. A great way to spend an afternoon.

Went Kayaking and had a fantastic time with our guide Hugo (Toby 😂) very knowledgeable about marine life and didn’t want it to end. This is our second time and we will be back. Well done Cornish Rock Tors

A thoroughly enjoyable paddle (just the three of us) along the coast with Glen, our guide who was also very knowledgeable. Weather conditions and tide were perfect for exploring close up to the cliffs and into caves.

We had an absolutely amazing time on the water. Glen took us on a 2-hour stand-up paddle boarding adventure around the coastline. Despite being a group of 7 of varying abilities, Glenn personalised his tutoring to each group member and made sure we were all comfortable on the water. It was great fun and a fantastic introduction to stand-up paddle boarding. Definitely recommend Cornish Rock Tors Ltd

Absolutely loved it. Me and my friends done SUP (Stand up paddle boarding) and enjoyed every minute of it! The staff were lovely and very friendly and jokey. We got to see and touch jellyfish, learn about some of the caves and paddle into them, see a seal etc, as well as have an amazing time paddle bording! Recommend!
