Thank you Josh for a lovely seal trip. It was enjoyable for the whole family. Can’t wait to come back next year! Will highly recommend to anyone, suitable for all the family. It was very well organised. Josh was very informative regarding both the location and seals. Up close to the seals who were soaking up the sunshine. Highly recommend!

What an amazing experience. Really enjoyed our seal trip. Felt really safe with great measures in place with COVID. Well worth a visit if in Norfolk.

Utterly and completely appalling. We saw 1 seal... on my phone on the way home. On the trip however we managed to see not 3, not 2, not even 1, but 0 seals. You’d expect on a seal trip there would be at least one seal, but no. In addition, the skipper (person driving the boat) provided a simply pathetic service. There was no apology, no refund and no reduced price. We paid to see seals, we didn’t see seals, we shouldn’t have paid. To summarise, just don’t come here.

It really upsets to hear this review, we are a small family business and rely on a good reputation and to get such a review as this i take it very personally, and is certainly not what we want to hear we want our customers to enjoy the experience! I'm going to give this same reply to both these negative reviews as i presume by reading them you were together on the same trip,! firstly i am very sorry you didn't see any seals, I'm not sure why as ive spoken to all four skippers and they all have said that they did see albeit very few but at least one or two in the water, but perhaps they were not in your sightline, The seals are wild animals and although its very very rare, occasionally they do become very scarce for some reason, unfortunately its happened the for last few days, normally if at all its only for the day. so all the seal trip companies have been struggling. we can all only presume there is a shortage of fish in the area and the seals have gone off in search of food, once the fish stocks move the seals will follow! there is no other reason we can think of our family have been taking trips in the harbour for over 80 years and can only remember a handful of times its been such few numbers for any length of time. I again can only apologise, but as far as i can find out all the skippers have been apologising and we have as soon as we can have tried to warn customers that there are not many seals before collecting tickets, you obviously unfortunately didn't get either of these, I do really wish you had said something on the day rather than slated us on social media I would have certainly then been able to either refund you of offer another trip straight away as want you to go away happy, I'm still prepared to do something to hopefully compensate for your disappointment (if you could email from website or PM me on facebook or other media i will try to sort thankyou )

Perhaps seeing some seals would have been nice, I assume that was the whole point of the trip. Then as we returned back the guy driving firstly didn’t even apologies for the pathetic experience, but he didn’t offer a refund or a reduced price for a returning trip. Never again !

Had a nice trip. It felt safe, there was ok social distancing, although that aspect could have been better, but it was ok. The skipper made sure everyone was wearing masks which made us feel safer. Whilst it's an open boat, it's very solid and the skipper manoeuvred it with great skill. The trip doesn't go out to sea, but whilst manoeuvring to see the seals, the boat was sometimes side on to the waves so it rocked somewhat, but you soon get used to that and it always felt very safe. With it being an open boat, do wrap up warm though as it's colder when you're away from shelter. The skipper got us really close to the seals, perhaps just 10 meters, maybe a little less. He slowed the boat right down and turned back and forth very close to the beach so everyone got a great view. One seal was in the water, the other approx 10 grey seals were basking just on shore. We also saw various seabirds including a huge flock of Sandwich Terns which was a nice treat, particularly up so close. I'd have liked more commentary on the bird species we could see though. Overall, a nice trip. A very experienced and competent crew
