A really good day out. We visited as a couple at the start of March 2022. We were there for opening at 10am and had pre booked tickets so avoided any queueing to get in which was great.
The staff were friendly and Covid guidelines were in place.
Upon entering the park we were forced to stand in a queue to have our picture taken before being able to enter fully. This was slightly annoying as we really didn’t want to do this but the entrances were blocked off and this was the only way round. The photographer was quite abrupt and shouting for us to stand in the right position so she could take the photo then we were hurried on our way. Of course, they are trying to make money from selling the photos as souvenirs but no one actually explained where to buy them so it seemed a pointless exercise.
We then needed to find a locker. It was not made clear that you need to purchase a key for the lockers. This is something I think could be made much clearer when entering the park and on signage as so many people, myself included, were in the locker rooms searching for a locker and creating problems for others in there.
We were able to do all of the big slides in around 2 hours, that included stopping for food. There were no queues for the 1st hour, we then stopped for some food and afterwards queues were around 10 mins maximum.
For food, we grabbed a couple of filled baguettes and 2 juices in the floating market. It was less than 15 euros which was a decent price. When walking around the park I didn’t see any other big restaurants to eat in but a light bite was more than enough and was good value for money.
The first hour in the park I went bare foot but was finding some of the ground harder to walk on so did purchase some of the water shoes from a shop in the floating market for 10 euros. They had a range of sizes but I would recommend buying some shoes either in advance or getting them there. You can leave shoes & towels at the entrance/exits of the slides but there is a lot of walking up steps etc to get to the slides and it can be sore on the feet. Some slider type shoes can be worn up to the slides then removed and worn on the forearms for safety until you reach the bottom so that is an option also.
It is worth noting that some of the slides are a minimum of 4 riders so you need to be matched with a group to complete the 4. This may mean that single riders wait longer for a group to ride with and that groups of 3s or 5s will be split up in order to keep the queues moving.
I would love to see the park offer a half day ticket, especially in the quieter season. We did everything, some things twice all within a few hours and were back at our hotel by around 2pm but still had to pay the full day rate. Of course, we could have stayed around but we had done what we wanted to do. Many others we spoke with also felt the same and had only spent a half day there.
All in all it was a great day out and I would recommend it to anyone who loves this type of thing as the slides are just amazing and so much fun.
Hopefully some of what I learned from my trip helps someone else before they visit.

We went to Siam park twice in our week in Tenerife as we love it so much, the first time we went we went on Wednesday, it was fairly busy and we didn’t manage to get on all the rides due to queuing. The second time we went, we went on a Monday which seems to be the quietest day and arrived half an hour early before opening. There was a long queue outside when we arrived half an hour early however the second the doors opened the queues went down immediately so don’t let this worry you, we were in straight Away. A few things to be mindful of, you will need wet shoes, otherwise your feet will be burnt alive on the floor, you cannot wear flip flops or sliders on the riders so just buy the wet shoes, they’re not a lot to buy on Amazon or €10 to buy in the park. I would recommend UV rash shirts for everyone, men, women and children as we kept using sun cream and still have been burnt horrifically as the water washed it off. Skin care is no joke!

If you have bought the Siam park premium ticket which includes a food voucher and a locker then you will need to join the “cash” queue not the “prepaid ticket queue” as they have to give you your food vouchers and things so to avoid wasting time being in the wrong queue make sure you check which one you need. We got the premium ticket which saved us money on the food and lockers and it was worth it as you will always need both food and a locker in the park.

We got fast passes at €15 per person the second time we went and think they are completely worth the money, (in the morning the rides are fairly quiet so we went on tower of power basically first because the fast pass doesn’t work on this ride.) then we started at the other side of Siam park and did those rides as everyone was still near the beginning so there was no queue so we managed to get straight on which was amazing. Then once we had done Singha and kinaree and the rapids everyone was started to come over to that side so we swapped and did the rides on the other side like the snake one and again got straight on which was brilliant so I do recommend that, the Nara racer is an amazing ride however there’s a certain time of day where it has a massive queue as it’s the first ride you come to, don’t wait in the queue. Just come back to it later and then it won’t have a queue at all and you can literally go on it again and again.

They do a quick bag check before entering so bare that in mind if you plan on bringing your own food, unless you can hide the food under your towels or something.

The shops on the island where you get souvenirs and wet shoes and things there is a cute cafe where you can get crepes which are amazing, there is a stall there as well that sells this frozen chocolate coffee thing which I tell you is AMAZING so make sure you get one of those.

Also they take your photo by an elephant as soon as you arrive so be photo ready and wear something nice haha!

Amazing Experience!

We came at 9.00 ( 45 min later) to make sure that we arrive soon and we don’t have to wait a long line.

We bought the tickets in the website so when they open we went straight to the park. There are two lateral doors for the people who already have the pass and the main one is to buy them.

The first thing that we did it was rent a locker for 5 euros (+5 deposit) to keep our backpacks there because in the park there are not places to leave them.

Then around 10 the attractions open and we went to all of them without waiting absolutely nothing. It was very fast so we decided to not buy the Fast Pass.

Our favourite ones were:
The Dragon
The Tower of Power
Singha

But the other ones were also fantastic.

We could go several times to all the attractions.

After that we went to the restaurant to eat the lunch which was included in our ticket (15 euros), we could choose between a lot of different food (salads, burger, grilled chicken, grilled veggies, hot dog, Thai food…)
Also there are some delicious desserts like cakes, cookies and fruits.

After that we went to the Wave Palace, yo rest a bit and try the waves. We were expecting a lot of waves but there is one every 4-5 minutes.
We think that it may be because of some regulations.

After that we went again to all the attractions several times and we only waited more than 10 minutes 3 times which is nothing.
So we were really happy because we manage to go a lot of times to our favourite ones.

At 17.50 the park announced that the people must go to the changing rooms because at 18.00 all the attractions close.

After that we just checked some stores and made some pictures and we finish our amazing experience 😊

We booked tickets for Siam water park before we arrived in Tenerife cost £170 for 5 adults (15 year old classed as adult) so think I paid way more than I would of if booked in Tenerife. They have a free Siam bus from near the shopping centre but they never arrive on time. We got there at 9.15 and the 9.40 bus didn't arrive till 9.55 then it raced straight passed as it was full. We had to wait another 40 minutes. By the time we got in the park there were no lockers at the front so had to find other ones further out. The place is like a maze and we spent most of the time trying to find our lockers or chairs with towels on. We did manage to get on quite a few rides though and some twice. I think we only missed out on 2 or 3 rides and the lost city is aimed at younger children so we didn't bother with that. Food queue was fast for us we may have been lucky as read other reviews saying they queued for 40 minutes plus. Food was nice. Only thing I didn't like was you had to pay for sachets separately, salt 20 euros pepper 10 euros tomato sauce 10 euros etc. Meal of 2 pizza and chips 1 burger and chips and 3 bottles of coke came to 38 euros to give idea of prices. Don't bother queuing for free bus back as it's a free for all once it arrives people push in from all sides, I wouldn't bother waiting in the Mile long queue, either get taxi, walk or prepare to push your way on from all angles. The lazy river is good and there's a separate lane that takes you down slides and lifts you up but you have to be ready to join the queue for it. Big lockers cost 10 euros but you get 5 back on returning the key or 8 euros for small and again 5 back on return of key. Either wear wet shoes or a tip id read on here was wear trainer socks, the ground is bumpy and hot on some parts and hurts your feet. Be prepared for lots of walking. Didn't need to wear masks in restaurants. Overall a good day out and if it wasn't for the free bus not stopping and getting us there late we probably would of gone on everything.

I read up lots before visiting Siam Park for the first time. The following tips were definitely useful. We got a taxi from our hotel and arrived just after 9.30am. The doors opened before 10am so we were able to get in and get a locker before the crowds. We had prebooked our tickets online via the Siam Park website first thing and then just showed the tickets on our phone as we went in.

We walked past the queue at the first set of lockers and then found lockers next to the Dragon ride with no queues. We paid for a large locker. We were then ready and queuing near the Dragon ride and then managed to get several rides done when there were no queues.

Pool shoes were a good idea as there's quite a bit of walking and later on the floors got boiling hot in places.

Food was reasonably priced and we ate early at 12.15, again beating the queues.

As the day went on, the queues became much longer so we appreciated our first hour of no queues.

We took bottled water and left it in our locker along with towels. We were grateful for our towels at lunchtime as although it was a warm day, we got a bit shivery from the water and from queuing in the shade.

We happened to leave around 4.30pm and spotted one of the free buses which took us back to a location roughly near our hotel.

This park is absolutely outstanding as experiences go. We went over the Easter break and have no idea what the people who claimed it was busy were doing, we got on 4 of the major rides before 10.30am!

Top tips :
Book in advance and arrive early. We got in at 9.30am and lined up to ride Singha, our favourite which we were on by 10.05am.

If budget stretches, book a fastpass ticket which allows you to skip the line on each of the major rides once per day (or more if they don't mark it off your wristband). We used the fast pass in the afternoon to bypass queues but some of the rides had very little queues in any event.

Research the map before you go so that you know what rides you want to go on - Kinnaree at the far side of the park often had very little in the way of queues whereas the Dragon and the Giant had huge queues because they are central and easier to find.

Wear water shoes if you can - it gets really hot if the sun is out.

If you're pasty like me then there isn't enough factor 50 in the world, wear a rash vest!

We enjoyed the park so much we came back for another day.

It was absolutely outstanding. The safety was high, the park was spotless, the planting and atmosphere was super and the whole experience was just jolly good fun. We didn't find it too busy at all (bearing in mind it is a park with the capacity for thousands of people) and the staff on the rides maintained a fast and speedy throughput of people. Food was reasonable - half a thai roast chicken and rice for 8 euros for example. If you get there early and start early then you can eat when it is quieter as well.

If you buy twin tickets with this & Loro Parque, you have to have a fingerprint scan. This wasn't made clear to us when one of our party was an older disabled person which Siam Park is definitely not suitable for. The free bus service did not turn up so we took a taxi and got there at 2.30pm. We were then charged FULL adult price for my husband & 14 year old. The lazy river was closed and the tar paint they were using was overwhelming. We bought some crisps and apples for the children while waiting for the bus. So we were charged 3 euros to store this. We had no intention to have a picnic – we wanted to see the attractions. There is no information at the entrance or on the website that no food or drink is allowed on the park. We were told that we did not have a choice and could even pay by credit card! There was no access to Coco Beach – there was a no entry sign blocking the walkway and lifeguards at the bottom of the Patong rapids told us we could not go that way. It was closed. So we did not see half of the park. Siam beach was packed and the wave machine was not working. As soon as the time hit 5pm, all staff started forcing everyone to leave, causing huge queues for the lockers/toilets and then a bottleneck for the exit. We were asked to start moving several times by staff as we were hanging back hoping the queues would subside so my mother in law could confidently walk with her stick. They were not considerate at all. Once outside, there was one full bus that would not tell us the route or if it was coming back. The taxi queue was horrendous and my mother in law would not have been able to stand to wait, but there was no seating outside. We emailed Siam Park to complain and the reply we received accused us of lying. I wish we took some photos now. A complete waste of money.

I went to this park in early April 2022 with my husband and our 2 girls aged 13 and 8. The only ride they couldn't do was tower of power and they were happy about that. They got on everything else and loves all the rides.
One of the main things I like about them all is that they use the rubber dingys on the rides, this means you don't get hurt on them like flumes that don't use them and it also enhances the experience as you don't ride alone.
Our favourite rides were Kinnaree and Singha rides.
We hired a cabana for the day which included fast passes and all inclusive food and drinks, towels and a mini bar. On hindsight the cabana was probably not required as we hardly spend any time there but it was nice to have somewhere to keep your stuff and the all inclusive passes alone for 4 of us would have cost more. In total we spent around 70 euros on food and drinks which included lunch, a few extra cans of juice and ice cream each.
The rides were great and we're not as busy as we expected but still did use the fast past a few times to avoid a wait of maybe 10 mins or so and got right to the front which meant we managed to get on every ride at least twice and even more times for our favourite ones.
Our feet were aching by the end of the day, thankfully we had pre purchased water shoes for the kids as the ground would have really hurt the feet after tons and tons of walking and climbing steps.
The park is very clean and there are loads of members of staff working, particularly after the rides shut it seems to run like a military operation kicking everyone out.
Thats my only real gripe, I feel that after the rides close they are really rushing you to get ready and out the park, we had a fair walk back to our cabana after our last ride and there were staff standing waiting to empty our mini fridge before we were even allowed to get changed and it wasnt a pleasant experience. I feel they could open the park longer and not start moving everyone out until at least 30 mins after the rides close I don't see why it's such a rush.
Other than that we had a great day at the park and would highly recommend.

We had a great day in Siam Park. We are a family of 5 and booked the Villa to have use of the hot tub in between enjoying the slides.

The park is very like Aquaventure in Dubai but for families of 5 Siam is more restrictive as we couldn’t go on an rides together, which was unfortunate - we had to pair up with other smaller families or single riders. The slides were all great fun and the fast pass helped with that. It was busy the day we were there as during the Easter holidays and imagine in the summer it would be a real benefit to get the passes to make the most of the attractions.

The park does feel a bit chaotic in parts particularly round locker areas which were so crowded and hard to walk past. The main restaurant area was also the same at lunch, staff there and the sweet counter next weren’t overly friendly unfortunately.

The Villa is tucked away at the corner of the wave pool and like a tree house, we really enjoyed it. It’s not just a case of nipping back in between slides though given it’s location. Lots of loungers, outside dining area, own toilet, shower room and lounge area.

I was slightly nervous of booking the Villa, it’s a lot of money to pay outside of summer and you are hoping the weather it good as there’s no cancellation. It was quite a shock first hitting the water of the slides in the morning but more comfortable as the day went on and the clouds disappeared. Not sure I’d put rash vests on the kids next time and just layer on the suncream as it made it a bit colder for them with the breeze.

It’s very busy at closing and queues for the bus. We walked along to the Siam Mall (really nice) afterwards and grabbed a bite to eat before looking for a taxi back.

Visited the park on Sunday and we had a great time! Would 100% recommend buying a fast track ticket (€15pp) which included all main rides (apart from Tower of Power) and an extra go of a ride of your choice! We had completed all rides, including the lazy river a few times and stopped to eat lunch by around 2pm. I would also recommend buying a locker for €8, you get a €5 refund when you return your key at the end. I also recommend a pair of water shoes, you can wear your own or buy a pair for €10 as your feet will get burnt. You can bring your own food or buy your own, we bought food from the restaurant opposite the wave pool, we got x2 hot dogs with chips and a drink which came to a total of €18. Overall we had a great experience and would love to go back the next time we visit Tenerife!
