Amazing day for whole family. Fast passes a bargain and a must!
We went on a Friday and arrived at 8.40 and queued outside for 20 mins. There was confusion about our tickets being from TUI as with the tickets from TUI for all excursions we booked through TUI so I would recommend getting direct from the website. There are no other prices available so it would not make a difference. Two of our family went to get loungers at the wave palace while the rest went straight to the marketplace to get fast passes. They were £15 each person and this gets you on every ride once plus one extra slide of your choice. It does not include the lazy river or tower of power. These were well worth it and we passed queues that would be otherwise an hour or so long. The longest we queued was for 10 mins max. Having fast passes enabled us to take the day at a steadier pace and go back to the lounger for the waves which started at twenty to the hour and lasted 20 mins each time. The cafe gets full at dinner time very quickly so I would recommend going just before 12. Or use the beach bar further into the wave pool which serves snacks and sandwiches. We were told Tuesday and Fridays were the quietest days due to people arriving and leaving most on these days. We visited on a Friday and went on every ride. Singha is like nothing you have experienced before and is a must! The whole family aged from 10-36 thoroughly enjoyed the day and would definitely go again.
Thank you very much for taking the time to write your experience at Siam Park. We are pleased to know that you lived an incredible day. We hope to see you again. Have a good day!

Great day for those who love fast slides but be prepared for crowds of people
Visited last week with a 14 & 8 year old. It was extremely crowded but hubby & kids loved it. We got a taxi as not far from our hotel, there are free shuttle buses in the area but wanted to beat the crowds. We arrived at 9.45, was already busy but we had pre booked tickets (Do this as queue is shorter to enter the park) & the park was allowing entry. They craftily make families queue to the left to get an entry photo, so avoid this if you don't want it. We had done our research & headed straight to the beach area, grabbed free sunbeds, there were plenty, then straight to buy fast passes & a locker from the beach kiosk. Fast passes are not cheap at €18 per person on top of the entry price, but are worth it if you don't want to queue 45 minutes for a slide. These sell out quickly as limited so you need to get them before doing anything else. Also the tower of terror & lazy river are not included in these so do these 1st or last to beat the queues. Couple of gripes are the signs are poor to find your way around & all slides require you to get an inflatable ring/mat. This is a complete free for all & not part of the queue for some slides. So lots of crowding around slide exits. Also it's not clear where the fast pass queue starts so you need to push past the main queue. Most of the slides are fast with drops & there are height restrictions so check the website before you go, I'd say its not worth it for young children. Queues for food at lunch were long & we struggled to get a table, we found a small tea room which was quieter & was lovely & cool with a view of the seal enclosure. Food & drinks were fairly priced at around €4 for a large baguette. I'd recommend wearing aqua shoes, the sand & floor will burn your feet & it's a long walk between slides. You can wear flip flops but aren't allowed them on the slides then it's hassle getting them back as the slide exits are no where near the entry! There was a queue for taxis on leaving but it moved fast as there are plenty. All in all a good day for those who love fast slides, but be prepared for crowds of people!
We are very grateful that you have taken time to provide us with your assessment. We are sorry to hear that your experience was not entirely satisfactory. We hope to see you again in our Park.

    Simply Excellent
Me and my girlfriend went here after an awful visit to aqualand and the difference is extortionate. We got tickets off the internet and they came with a free hamburger so I recommend doing that as the hamburger would’ve been €5.95. The park itself is huge with a wide spread of different rides and a huge lazy river with a rapids section on the left at the end . The rides, depending on time of day, do have VERY long queues. We went twice so experienced both the non fast pass and fast past queues so I can certainly say that a fast pass is the way to do it. The fast pass was €18 but is definitely worth it. There are a few restaurant/cafes dotted about, our favourite being the Thai one. A very decent sized portion of Pad Thai for only 3 euros is one of the many dishes they do. Personally I loved the Yellow Thai curry a lot- it was delicious. All rides are worth it, but our personal favourites were the Kinnaree, Singha and Vulcano. The tower of power, for me personally, was okay. I queued for about an hour and was slightly underwhelmed by it. I could barely see anything due to the vast amount of water in my eyes! That being said it was very fast, thrilling and what I could see of the shark tunnel looked very cool. Siam is a must if you’re looking for a waterpark in Tenerife.

Visited here for the day with older kids was way overpriced when we got in there it was too crowded way too many people in there queues for rides were way too long to get on slides .if you want good experience we’d recommend you buy fast track passes to be able to get on rides quicker .my hubby was waiting ages in queues all people with fast track were pushing in queues .I ended up coming back to apartment as have mobility issues too crowded talking thousands of people in there .
My kids did enjoy it but because it was so busy they didn’t get chance to go on all the rides queue for taxis coming out was mega .
Life guard attendants at top were quite rude and abrupt were not helpful at all
My son got lost on lazy river didn’t seem interested he was missing for short while more interested in turfing people off getting other people on rides as quick as possible

Visited Siam Park at the end of July, and upon arrival found sunbeds on the man made beach near the wave pool. The sand on this beach was extremely coarse, like builders sand and got everywhere! Got a locker from close by here too (5 euro charge plus another 5 refundable deposit for the key ) started the day off slowly with a run around the lazy river, then found that the queues for the main slides were ridiculously long already and the crowds of people were ridiculous in places.there seems to be no limit on the amount of tickets sold per day. Fast pass tickets were available for around 18 euros but after spending 40 euro to get in originally, we were not keen on extra spending at first, but after seeing the slze of the queues we decided to bite the bullet to save a wasted day, only to be told that the allocation for fast pass was all sold out for the day!
Managed to get on around four of the slides in the whole day, which meant queues of around an hour or more for each one, not great in the high heat of the sun, but hey ho. The slides we did go on were very good and glad we picked the ones we did. Had a burger at one of the restaurants which was very tasty but a little over priced which you would expect.
Park closed at 6pm and we came off out last slide about 5:55pm took us a while fighting the crowds to get back to the lockers to collect our stuff and head for the exit ourselves.Needing the toilet on the way out was a no no too, as my wife tried to get into one on the way out to be told they were closed! I imagine the amount of urine in the pools increases after 6pm!
Once outside we were told that the last free transfer bus was leaving at 6:30pm and from the queue for it we were never going to get on it. So headed to the taxi rank just outside, which hade a huge queue too, once the last bus departed, taxis arrived thick and fast which was quite good, but obviously this is a daily occurrence as they knew just when to show up. Taxis are very cheap in Tenerife so only cost us about 7 euros to get back to our hotel in Los Christianos.
All in all, a day that we were looking forward too ended up very tiring and more than a little underwhelming really, probably wouldn't do it again, or certainly not in peak summer!

Me and my boyfriend had an amazing day today at Siam Park! Very busy but there are plenty of things you can do to make your day as good as possible and to start with is PLAN your day. Ensure you arrive before opening so that you can queue and get in handy. The park opens at 9am so we arrived at about 8:40am. The slides didn’t start till 10am which gave us chance to get our sun beds next to the wave pool and have a look at the map to plan our day.

FAST PASSES!! Fast passes literally saved us today. General queues were huge, over an hours wait. If you’re visiting Siam Park in a time were the kids are off school or you know it’s going to be busy, fast passes are worth it 100% very cheap and you get 1 go on every slide. We got straight on most slides straight away, or waited at most 15 minutes.

Water shoes are also a definite must for a trip to Siam Park. The floor is extremely hot and it would’ve been unbearable for us to walk on today if we hadn’t have brought water shoes.

The slides are absolutely incredible! Best waterpark I have been too by far! Singah was a personal favourite for me and for my boyfriend. We really enjoyed Vulcano too and we really loved the lazy river. Incredible experience going down the slide and through the fish tank.

I would recommend getting lunch just before 12pm as the cafe does begin to get extremely busy afterwards. Food is tasty and a decent price.

All staff at the park were friendly and happy!

Only thing I would improve really is that we got lost a lot. Most of slides and signs are covered with trees and the signs for slides stop the closer you get to a slide… signs should guide you right up to that specific attraction to avoid people getting lost. It’s a lot of walking as it is in Siam Park, mostly uphill. So getting lost is not needed!
All in all an incredible trip we really had the best time! Would 100% visit again.

Great day out, if you are prepared. The rides are excellent, with a wide range of thrill and more family type rides. 100% recommend buying your ticket before you go and being there before opening, as although the rides don’t start until 10am you can get in before, get a locker and make your way to wait for rides to start. We arrived at 930am and found this gave us reasonable time to get prepared and get to the rides. In the morning the queues weren’t bad, however by 12pm queues for lockers and rides were extremely long. We waited roughly 15 mins for rides in morning, but in afternoon it was closer to an hour for most. Food prices were extremely reasonable for a water park, roughly €5 for a baguette and a soft drink.

Would go again, but definitely go early if you want to go on most of the rides!

The water park was very expensive and exceptionally busy too! We got to the park at 10.00 Sunday and the queues were huge to get in and once we were in everything was a struggle by putting t bags into lockers and queuing for 3 slides in total.

The water park is NOT value for money and a lot of the day is unfortunately waiting to go on slides.

The queue jumpers sell out and are also ineffective because they are all still queuing.

The Spanish has a habit of going up the queue jump side without wrist bands and expect people to let them in etc .. they are not daft they know what they are doing

Big park but too busy would recommend taking families to the zoo wish we had done that now

The People 3/5
I travelled with my girl friend. We got fast track tickets ($18 each). Most rides cater for 2 or 4 people. I don’t recommend traveling in a 3 or 5 as you will be asked to wait until a solo person is in the queue. This only applies to some of the rides which use rubber rings which allow 4 people to go down the slide at once and the queues are pretty big.

The Park
Siam Park is a beautiful place to visit if you’re ever in Tenerife. We got fast track on entry so it made the experience much better. Although some of the queues were long, having fast track makes things much easier. The only two rides you have to queue on is the Tower of Power and Lazy river so I’d recommend going to them first.

The Food
We got premium ticks which included $15 allowance. The food was actually pretty good. The only downside is they charge you for every little thing including sachets of salt & pepper.

The Transport
Siam park have free shuttle busses picking up from specific locations. But we used a taxi for both journeys which was much faster.

A really good day out. We visited as a couple at the start of March 2022. We were there for opening at 10am and had pre booked tickets so avoided any queueing to get in which was great.
The staff were friendly and Covid guidelines were in place.
Upon entering the park we were forced to stand in a queue to have our picture taken before being able to enter fully. This was slightly annoying as we really didn’t want to do this but the entrances were blocked off and this was the only way round. The photographer was quite abrupt and shouting for us to stand in the right position so she could take the photo then we were hurried on our way. Of course, they are trying to make money from selling the photos as souvenirs but no one actually explained where to buy them so it seemed a pointless exercise.
We then needed to find a locker. It was not made clear that you need to purchase a key for the lockers. This is something I think could be made much clearer when entering the park and on signage as so many people, myself included, were in the locker rooms searching for a locker and creating problems for others in there.
We were able to do all of the big slides in around 2 hours, that included stopping for food. There were no queues for the 1st hour, we then stopped for some food and afterwards queues were around 10 mins maximum.
For food, we grabbed a couple of filled baguettes and 2 juices in the floating market. It was less than 15 euros which was a decent price. When walking around the park I didn’t see any other big restaurants to eat in but a light bite was more than enough and was good value for money.
The first hour in the park I went bare foot but was finding some of the ground harder to walk on so did purchase some of the water shoes from a shop in the floating market for 10 euros. They had a range of sizes but I would recommend buying some shoes either in advance or getting them there. You can leave shoes & towels at the entrance/exits of the slides but there is a lot of walking up steps etc to get to the slides and it can be sore on the feet. Some slider type shoes can be worn up to the slides then removed and worn on the forearms for safety until you reach the bottom so that is an option also.
It is worth noting that some of the slides are a minimum of 4 riders so you need to be matched with a group to complete the 4. This may mean that single riders wait longer for a group to ride with and that groups of 3s or 5s will be split up in order to keep the queues moving.
I would love to see the park offer a half day ticket, especially in the quieter season. We did everything, some things twice all within a few hours and were back at our hotel by around 2pm but still had to pay the full day rate. Of course, we could have stayed around but we had done what we wanted to do. Many others we spoke with also felt the same and had only spent a half day there.
All in all it was a great day out and I would recommend it to anyone who loves this type of thing as the slides are just amazing and so much fun.
Hopefully some of what I learned from my trip helps someone else before they visit.

Group of 4 of us in our late 20’s had the BEST day at Siam Park this week. my first (and very important!) tip would be to arrive early by taxi!! There was a daily shuttle bus from our hotel at 9:45 but our Jet2 rep advised us to arrive at 9am, we are so glad we did because at 10:30/11am, the queues for the check-in and lockers were crazy. There are so many different rides which most of which are great for a group of 4. We easily managed to spend the whole day there, we didn’t leave until 6pm and could have stayed longer if it wasn’t closing! The shuttle bus also collects everyone at 4:45pm meaning we would have to cut our day short if we chose this option. We paid €59 each for a premium ticket which included admission, €15 towards lunch pp (this was plenty as the prices were reasonable in the cafe, we each had cheeseburger, chips, a soft drink and a fruit bowl) a towel and a locker. I found all the staff to be helpful. There were a couple of long queues for the rides (40ish minutes) but all were so worth it! Kinnaree was our favourite and we went on it a couple of times in a row. We found the queues to be much quieter after lunch around 2pm onwards. Highly recommend a day here, I can absolutely see why they are the #1 rated in the world!

We visited Siam Park yesterday and had a fantastic day and got to enjoy all of the rides.

Some tips:
1. We got a taxi out from las Americas and we’re there for about 9:15, I would strongly recommend being early because it started to get busy from 10 onwards and the free bus doesn’t get in to around this time I believe. Taxi was 6 euro.

2. Have tickets pre purchased to avoid queues at gate.

3. Buy fast passes- they are worth it. 18 euro and you get on each ride once with this. Some of the first rides there were little queues for but as the day went on and after we had our lunch the queues were hours long and we waited about 20 minutes max which very good considering the length of the non fast pass line.

4. Lockers are 10 euro but you get 5 euro back when key and receipt is returned.

5. Plenty of places for lunch around the place. We ate at the restaurant beside Siam beach and we had 2 hamburgers, 2 chips and kopparberg which cost 22 euro.

6. There is loads of lockers and any amount of sunloungers around the park. Anyone who complains about not getting one must arrive later in the day.

Negatives:
1. The park is very hard to navigate through at parts, no clear signage or ways to access different rides, was confusing at parts and this was evident in other people around the resort.

2. Tower of power queue was about 30 minutes long as this does not accept fast pass, one of the popular rides I think this was poor. This queue only got longer as the day went on. There was a family infront who were not allowed to go on this as the child was under 14, after queueing for the same time as us this was disappointing for them- clear instruction would have been better at the start.

3. Staff were not helpful at giving directions or helping with any queries.

4. It was very overcrowded.

Great water park has what you need from fast and thrilling to lazy river to chill however waiting is the issue after 1 hour of being open all big slides are around 45 min to 1 hour wait for 30 seconds of thrill needless to say unless you get a fast pass for a extra €18 it is pretty bad. They have a great place for kids also Lost city everything in there for them. If you would like a sun lounger up at wave pool you will need to get yourself in early as those snap up quickly. There is restaurants and cafe areas all fine standard food. There is shops to buy all sorts also and to buy water shoes that you can where on slides they cost €9.95 as the heat gets intense on foot. Staff are super friendly and lifeguards all great. Free bus there and back if needed also or a taxi costs at time of writing this are €6 from Los Cristianos Tenerife Sur hotel which is a good price.

Long wait times for most slides was the issue!
