- fanofasia18 contributionsWell managed good value water parkThis park really does live up to its best water park in the world rating. I visited here with my daughter and we both had a brilliant time. We booked premium tickets through a 3rd party website. Our tickets included locker, towels and 24€ food credit for both of us. The food credit can be used in one of two restaurants. We actually found it difficult to spend the money as everything is so reasonably priced. If you didn’t want to get the bundled ticket you can still eat cheaply a baguette and beer or soft drink was 5.50€ when we were there. The rides themselves were amazing and on the Saturday in January we visited the place was almost empty. We didn’t have to queue for any slides and went on some rides multiple times. No need for fast pass but from other reviews it seems this is a necessity at busier times of year. The whole park seems very well managed, they have an abundance of kind helpful staff and it’s very well maintained. Navigating your way around can be tricky due to all the greenery but there are maps situated at multiple locations. We spent 4 hours there and covered everything - was a fantastic day and well worth the money.Visited January 2024Traveled with familyWritten January 20, 2024
- Cheekycockney190757Basildon, United Kingdom11,722 contributionsA lovely water park but pick a quite dayVisited on Sunday 01st October 2023. Picked up the free shuttle bus outside our hotel. Arrived soon after the park opened. Used the same bus to return to our hotel but ended up catching the bus an hour early as the website gave false information about the last return bus. Once inside we found lounge chairs within the bounds of the lazy river. Lockers were available for 7 Euro. Didn't eat or drink at the park but it's expensive as you would expect. Between us we managed to go on pretty much every ride, but our favourites were the massive wave machine and lazy river, both of which were some of the best we had experienced in Europe and the USA.Visited September 2023Traveled with familyWritten January 22, 2024
- macandcheeseDublin, Ireland13 contributionsA Wonderful WaterparkWe had such a great day. There was 0 queues so we went on each attraction multiple times. All the rides were great fun and the park is absolutely beautiful. The only criticism I would have is the signage around the park, there seems to be paths all over the park and sometimes we struggled to find the entrance to attractions. Other than that it was a great day!!Visited January 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten February 3, 2024
- GK91Liverpool, United Kingdom250 contributionsThere are a lot of reasons this is number oneGreat day out: we went in a 4 which was great as most rides are for 2/4 people. We saw numerous groups of 3 having to wait to join with another single for the rides for 4. We went at 9 ready for it to open at 10, queues built very quickly and leaving was crazy busy. We walked to the town as the taxi queue and bus lanes were too long for us but we enjoyed it. The rides are brilliant and labelled red, yellow and green for the thrill; I don’t do spoilers but the red rides are crazy scary and really fun! Food and drink can be bought on site which is all pleasant and fairly priced. Loads of sun beds available throughout the park except at the wave pool. I must have been here over 10 times and it never disappointsVisited December 2023Traveled with friendsWritten February 4, 2024
- Abi7948 contributionsMust do activity in Tenerife! We have recently returned from Tenerife and I would say visiting Siam Park is a must do activity!! Despite it being the 'off season' there was a decent sized queue outside the park, we arrived at about 09.30 for a 10.00 opening. The queue for people who had already purchased tickets was much longer than those wanting to buy on the day, but the pre-purchased queue moved really quickly once the doors opened. The tickets are reasonably priced ( €42 per adult), we purchased ours online prior to going and all you need to do is scan the QR code on the email to get in. Lockers were an extra €7 for a small locker, or €10 for a large locker - these are non-refundable, and the 'large' locker was only just big enough for a rucksack and 2x adults clothes and shoes. There were lots of locker areas around the park, but some were closed on the day we visited (probably because it was off season). Unfortunately the wave pool / beach area was closed for maintenance, as were part of the rapids that attach to the lazy river. The wave pool closure was advertised ahead of time but the partial lazy river closure was not advertised. The rest of the rides were all open, and were amazing! We went on all of them, accept for the Tower of Power, we both decided that it was too high for us! We did consider buying the fast passes on arrival as there were a lot of people queuing outside, but when we asked about buying them (as you cannot buy them in advance) the staff advised not to as they said it was not very busy. Almost all of the rides were 'walk on', with the longest wait time being 10 minutes. We managed to get on most rides 2 or 3 times, and stayed in the park for a total of 4 hours. One thing to bear in mind when visiting Siam Park is that there is a lot of walking involved, and I would advise getting some water shoes, even though it was only 22 degrees on the day we went the ground was still hot in some places. The only ride where they made you take these types of shoe off was on the Tower of Power. We already had some, but you could buy these shoes for €10 in the shop on site. The park is massive and there is lots and lots of steps up to all of the rides. Some of the rides you have to carry the rings up to the top of the rides as well, and they are deceptively heavy! There are height restrictions for most of the rides which are listed on the website, but there are also weight restrictions which are not mentioned on the website. Generally rides were limited to 110kg on single rider rides, 180kg on dual rider rides, and 315kg on four person rides. We opted not to get any food, but there were plenty of food and drink options available. There were also plenty of sun loungers / places to sit if you wanted to have a relax in between rides. The place was spotlessly clean and very well thought out, plenty of toilets dotted around the park and lots of lockers as well. There was lots of shade through out the park and none of the ride queues were in direct sunlight. Overall a fab day out and I would highly recommend a visit!Visited February 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten February 5, 2024
- Love-To-TravelBurntwood, United Kingdom270 contributionsFantastic day out.Booked champagne VIP with a Bali bed for a surprise for partners birthday. Included all inclusive drinks and food and fast pass for rides. Defiantly worth it, champagne was brought to the bed the exact time we asked for it. All the rides we went on were superb. Friendly staff and great selections for all inclusive. By far best water park I’ve been to. Would highly recommend this package. The beds are in a private area with a code locked door so you’re safe to leave all your belongings in there whilst you go on rides. Payed around £320 for the day for two of us but after doing some maths we would have easily spent over £400 for all the same bits but brought separately.Visited February 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten February 8, 2024
- Chloe L1 contributionLovely time, however seat capacity was concerningHad a great day, rides were fun, queues weren’t horrendous and the scenery was lovely. However, my only concern was that there was a couple of rides with had a boat available for 3 people, yet they only allowed 2. This confused me because on the advertisements there were 3 people in them. So this was extremely annoying due to us going as a family of 3. Other than this, the park was great and definitely recommended- especially for families of 2 or 4Visited February 2024Traveled with familyWritten February 13, 2024
- John C2 contributionsFun day out , let down by service’sThe rides at the park very good, queues were okay. Signage for were the rides are could be made clearer and more off them. The queue for food was over an hour long, and another half an hour wait for the food to arrive. People were being served their food before mine arrived, And they have been served after me very poor service. if you arrive by taxi try and book For your return journey, as when the park closes the queue for taxis is extremely long and a very long wait timeVisited February 2024Traveled with familyWritten February 15, 2024
- Karoly K4 contributionsDisappointedThe park was crowded, it was full, we had to wait ages for the slides. The Siam beach was closed for maintenance where the big wave pool is. Only the Coco beach was open. We had a nice time, but payed a lot for family of four, and the big beach pool is closed, is not worth to go next time.Visited February 2024Traveled with familyWritten February 16, 2024
- JetSetter03Halkirk, United Kingdom113 contributionsIf you love water slides then goGreat water park, nice size and plenty of rides to go on. I like the fact that the majority of them you can go on with a partner or friend. Most of the rides were orange or red, so bear this in mind if you can only manage the green rides. I think there is only one green which is the lazy river, the rest of the green are for kids. Was good fun, and a great day out. I did buy some wet socks from the shop, but after one ride the insides of them came apart, as they were only glued in, this made it uncomfortable to walk in. Not sure why you would put glue in shoes that are going to be wet all day. They were 9.99 euros. We did go back and ask for a refund but they dont allow refunds. The insides should be sewn in really. So the lady said we could have something else instead, so we got a cap, which wasnt worth 9.99 and again cheaply made. So bear this in mind if you purchase anything from the shop. Bring your own wet socks/shoes and pay that little extra so they are sewn in and not glued. It’s good to also have the shoes as the ground is hot and it’s rough on the feet after a while. They are extending the park, so will be interesting to see what other rides they put in. Sadly we were not able to use the wave pool as this was closed from maintence, which was a shame, and you dont get a discount because of this and are not aware of it until you arrive. This should be something that they need to think about when closing rides. This park is great for all ages and especially if you enjoy water slides.Visited January 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten February 17, 2024

With a fun packed week we opted to go to Siam Park towards the end of our holiday, fantastic experience but a mistake of sorts as our holiday booking gave us unlimited items access to the park and at least another visit would have been great!!
Plenty to do, lots of rides for all tastes from the lazy river to the Tower of Power.
Loved the beach and the wave making machine, our 3 year old grandson loved everything he could do.
Food was great and very reasonably priced, the 7 rides I went on were brilliant, small queues not a problem, great staff constantly cleaning or making sure everyone was safe, this place is just unbelievable and I see why its voted best water park year upon year.

A really good day out. We visited as a couple at the start of March 2022. We were there for opening at 10am and had pre booked tickets so avoided any queueing to get in which was great.
The staff were friendly and Covid guidelines were in place.
Upon entering the park we were forced to stand in a queue to have our picture taken before being able to enter fully. This was slightly annoying as we really didn’t want to do this but the entrances were blocked off and this was the only way round. The photographer was quite abrupt and shouting for us to stand in the right position so she could take the photo then we were hurried on our way. Of course, they are trying to make money from selling the photos as souvenirs but no one actually explained where to buy them so it seemed a pointless exercise.
We then needed to find a locker. It was not made clear that you need to purchase a key for the lockers. This is something I think could be made much clearer when entering the park and on signage as so many people, myself included, were in the locker rooms searching for a locker and creating problems for others in there.
We were able to do all of the big slides in around 2 hours, that included stopping for food. There were no queues for the 1st hour, we then stopped for some food and afterwards queues were around 10 mins maximum.
For food, we grabbed a couple of filled baguettes and 2 juices in the floating market. It was less than 15 euros which was a decent price. When walking around the park I didn’t see any other big restaurants to eat in but a light bite was more than enough and was good value for money.
The first hour in the park I went bare foot but was finding some of the ground harder to walk on so did purchase some of the water shoes from a shop in the floating market for 10 euros. They had a range of sizes but I would recommend buying some shoes either in advance or getting them there. You can leave shoes & towels at the entrance/exits of the slides but there is a lot of walking up steps etc to get to the slides and it can be sore on the feet. Some slider type shoes can be worn up to the slides then removed and worn on the forearms for safety until you reach the bottom so that is an option also.
It is worth noting that some of the slides are a minimum of 4 riders so you need to be matched with a group to complete the 4. This may mean that single riders wait longer for a group to ride with and that groups of 3s or 5s will be split up in order to keep the queues moving.
I would love to see the park offer a half day ticket, especially in the quieter season. We did everything, some things twice all within a few hours and were back at our hotel by around 2pm but still had to pay the full day rate. Of course, we could have stayed around but we had done what we wanted to do. Many others we spoke with also felt the same and had only spent a half day there.
All in all it was a great day out and I would recommend it to anyone who loves this type of thing as the slides are just amazing and so much fun.
Hopefully some of what I learned from my trip helps someone else before they visit.

Amazing. Such a fun day. We recommend going on a Sunday if you have a car rental as there is a free bus Monday-Saturday so sundays are quieter.
In jan 2020 no queues for any rides, had done everything twice before lunch!
Lockers are 3€ for small and 5€ for large (with an extra 5€ deposits which you get back when you return the key.
Food in the park is really good value.
We would suggest wearing water shoes. The floor apparently gets very hot in the summer, but we found that as it’s concrete are feet were very sore after only 2 hours of walking bare foot. You can either bring your own or get a really decent pair in the park for only 10€.
Gift shops are also very reasonably priced.
I would recommend watching a YouTube video on the rides to see what your getting yourself into as you cannot see any rides till you are on them

Visited the park on Sunday and we had a great time! Would 100% recommend buying a fast track ticket (€15pp) which included all main rides (apart from Tower of Power) and an extra go of a ride of your choice! We had completed all rides, including the lazy river a few times and stopped to eat lunch by around 2pm. I would also recommend buying a locker for €8, you get a €5 refund when you return your key at the end. I also recommend a pair of water shoes, you can wear your own or buy a pair for €10 as your feet will get burnt. You can bring your own food or buy your own, we bought food from the restaurant opposite the wave pool, we got x2 hot dogs with chips and a drink which came to a total of €18. Overall we had a great experience and would love to go back the next time we visit Tenerife!

We booked tickets for Siam water park before we arrived in Tenerife cost £170 for 5 adults (15 year old classed as adult) so think I paid way more than I would of if booked in Tenerife. They have a free Siam bus from near the shopping centre but they never arrive on time. We got there at 9.15 and the 9.40 bus didn't arrive till 9.55 then it raced straight passed as it was full. We had to wait another 40 minutes. By the time we got in the park there were no lockers at the front so had to find other ones further out. The place is like a maze and we spent most of the time trying to find our lockers or chairs with towels on. We did manage to get on quite a few rides though and some twice. I think we only missed out on 2 or 3 rides and the lost city is aimed at younger children so we didn't bother with that. Food queue was fast for us we may have been lucky as read other reviews saying they queued for 40 minutes plus. Food was nice. Only thing I didn't like was you had to pay for sachets separately, salt 20 euros pepper 10 euros tomato sauce 10 euros etc. Meal of 2 pizza and chips 1 burger and chips and 3 bottles of coke came to 38 euros to give idea of prices. Don't bother queuing for free bus back as it's a free for all once it arrives people push in from all sides, I wouldn't bother waiting in the Mile long queue, either get taxi, walk or prepare to push your way on from all angles. The lazy river is good and there's a separate lane that takes you down slides and lifts you up but you have to be ready to join the queue for it. Big lockers cost 10 euros but you get 5 back on returning the key or 8 euros for small and again 5 back on return of key. Either wear wet shoes or a tip id read on here was wear trainer socks, the ground is bumpy and hot on some parts and hurts your feet. Be prepared for lots of walking. Didn't need to wear masks in restaurants. Overall a good day out and if it wasn't for the free bus not stopping and getting us there late we probably would of gone on everything.

Me and my girlfriend went here after an awful visit to aqualand and the difference is extortionate. We got tickets off the internet and they came with a free hamburger so I recommend doing that as the hamburger would’ve been €5.95. The park itself is huge with a wide spread of different rides and a huge lazy river with a rapids section on the left at the end . The rides, depending on time of day, do have VERY long queues. We went twice so experienced both the non fast pass and fast past queues so I can certainly say that a fast pass is the way to do it. The fast pass was €18 but is definitely worth it. There are a few restaurant/cafes dotted about, our favourite being the Thai one. A very decent sized portion of Pad Thai for only 3 euros is one of the many dishes they do. Personally I loved the Yellow Thai curry a lot- it was delicious. All rides are worth it, but our personal favourites were the Kinnaree, Singha and Vulcano. The tower of power, for me personally, was okay. I queued for about an hour and was slightly underwhelmed by it. I could barely see anything due to the vast amount of water in my eyes! That being said it was very fast, thrilling and what I could see of the shark tunnel looked very cool. Siam is a must if you’re looking for a waterpark in Tenerife.

Great day out, if you are prepared. The rides are excellent, with a wide range of thrill and more family type rides. 100% recommend buying your ticket before you go and being there before opening, as although the rides don’t start until 10am you can get in before, get a locker and make your way to wait for rides to start. We arrived at 930am and found this gave us reasonable time to get prepared and get to the rides. In the morning the queues weren’t bad, however by 12pm queues for lockers and rides were extremely long. We waited roughly 15 mins for rides in morning, but in afternoon it was closer to an hour for most. Food prices were extremely reasonable for a water park, roughly €5 for a baguette and a soft drink.
Would go again, but definitely go early if you want to go on most of the rides!

Visited here for the day with older kids was way overpriced when we got in there it was too crowded way too many people in there queues for rides were way too long to get on slides .if you want good experience we’d recommend you buy fast track passes to be able to get on rides quicker .my hubby was waiting ages in queues all people with fast track were pushing in queues .I ended up coming back to apartment as have mobility issues too crowded talking thousands of people in there .
My kids did enjoy it but because it was so busy they didn’t get chance to go on all the rides queue for taxis coming out was mega .
Life guard attendants at top were quite rude and abrupt were not helpful at all
My son got lost on lazy river didn’t seem interested he was missing for short while more interested in turfing people off getting other people on rides as quick as possible

Visited Siam Park at the end of July, and upon arrival found sunbeds on the man made beach near the wave pool. The sand on this beach was extremely coarse, like builders sand and got everywhere! Got a locker from close by here too (5 euro charge plus another 5 refundable deposit for the key ) started the day off slowly with a run around the lazy river, then found that the queues for the main slides were ridiculously long already and the crowds of people were ridiculous in places.there seems to be no limit on the amount of tickets sold per day. Fast pass tickets were available for around 18 euros but after spending 40 euro to get in originally, we were not keen on extra spending at first, but after seeing the slze of the queues we decided to bite the bullet to save a wasted day, only to be told that the allocation for fast pass was all sold out for the day!
Managed to get on around four of the slides in the whole day, which meant queues of around an hour or more for each one, not great in the high heat of the sun, but hey ho. The slides we did go on were very good and glad we picked the ones we did. Had a burger at one of the restaurants which was very tasty but a little over priced which you would expect.
Park closed at 6pm and we came off out last slide about 5:55pm took us a while fighting the crowds to get back to the lockers to collect our stuff and head for the exit ourselves.Needing the toilet on the way out was a no no too, as my wife tried to get into one on the way out to be told they were closed! I imagine the amount of urine in the pools increases after 6pm!
Once outside we were told that the last free transfer bus was leaving at 6:30pm and from the queue for it we were never going to get on it. So headed to the taxi rank just outside, which hade a huge queue too, once the last bus departed, taxis arrived thick and fast which was quite good, but obviously this is a daily occurrence as they knew just when to show up. Taxis are very cheap in Tenerife so only cost us about 7 euros to get back to our hotel in Los Christianos.
All in all, a day that we were looking forward too ended up very tiring and more than a little underwhelming really, probably wouldn't do it again, or certainly not in peak summer!

We went on a Friday and arrived at 8.40 and queued outside for 20 mins. There was confusion about our tickets being from TUI as with the tickets from TUI for all excursions we booked through TUI so I would recommend getting direct from the website. There are no other prices available so it would not make a difference. Two of our family went to get loungers at the wave palace while the rest went straight to the marketplace to get fast passes. They were £15 each person and this gets you on every ride once plus one extra slide of your choice. It does not include the lazy river or tower of power. These were well worth it and we passed queues that would be otherwise an hour or so long. The longest we queued was for 10 mins max. Having fast passes enabled us to take the day at a steadier pace and go back to the lounger for the waves which started at twenty to the hour and lasted 20 mins each time. The cafe gets full at dinner time very quickly so I would recommend going just before 12. Or use the beach bar further into the wave pool which serves snacks and sandwiches. We were told Tuesday and Fridays were the quietest days due to people arriving and leaving most on these days. We visited on a Friday and went on every ride. Singha is like nothing you have experienced before and is a must! The whole family aged from 10-36 thoroughly enjoyed the day and would definitely go again.

Are the fast passes wrist bands, do staff put these on for you?
Written October 28, 2024
Yes, they are. No, they do not; stick them round your wrist yourself. You buy them from various shops.
Written October 28, 2024
Si, no existe ninguna prohibición.

Hello, I’m looking at booking the Siam Park all inclusive option via Tui. It stats that all food, lockers (subject to deposit) and fast track is included. Has anyone used this package before and was it easy to use?

My daughter can’t swim. Are children allowed to wear armbands or a swim vest on the slides?
Written September 24, 2024
Saw plenty of kids with vests, but there are hight restrictions for some of the slides. Great kids area and main pool/lazy river all accessible.

I have really bad eye sight without my glasses, will I be able to put my prescription sunglasses around my neck in a waterproof phone case while on the rides?
Written September 13, 2024
While people had phones in waterproof cases, for safety reasons they aren’t officially allowed on the rides, probably because you need both hands free and it’s dangerous to have anything around your neck. I guess people must have stashed the cases in their swimsuits - there’s plenty of shorts with side pockets so that would be my advice.
