Lovely location

Lovely location, great atmosphere, lots of shops, restaurants etc. Pity the beach isn't sand but they have done what they can with the natural resource that they have.

Went late september and filled up the 6 euro beds by 1 pm. Ate lunch nearby but not impressed as it was bursting full and service terribly slow

A big busy beach In the summer it's heaving,if you arrive late morning you can't get a sun bed and at the weekend you have to get down really early or the same applies - people tend to reserve them the day before too . Much better there in the spring or autum time when less people around Loads of... More

Plenty to do here, offers paragliding, pedalos and sun beds, good for swimming. Toilet facilities available and plenty of the usual beach shops. Good for kids as flat with shallow water for quite a way. Plenty of places to eat from cafes to good restaurants.

A beach used by locals and tourists with plenty of eating places close by. There are also pedalos for hire, and other water sports available

Burriana beach isounds a really lovely beach but has been ruined in recent years by the sunbed men allowing people to reserve sunbeds for days and whole weeks in advance, often when the beach is busy , people will see lots of empty sunbeds , left empty all day by people who don't turn up , the sunbed men refuse... Had read so much about this no. 1 beach so was looking forward to our visit. What a shock. It is situated down a very steep hill. We were not looking forward to the walk back up which many were doing. We in the end got a taxi bk to the Balcon which cost €10. No wonder we didn't see... More

WHat I did not expect was the cold sea water, so cold I could not get wet. It seemed clear but very few people dared to swim, actually, 2 or 3 on the whole beach. Otherwise, it is a long and wide stretch of beach.

Clean, well planned and well looked after facilities for bathers and sun worshippers. Plenty of fun awaits kids and adults during summer season. Big selection of eating places catering for all taste buds. Only one real negative experience - "hawkers". If this could be controlled it would earn my 5 star rating.
