Paid 60euro for 4 kids (aged 10-13). They were unable to make it out to the obstacle course due to the waves being so big. Two lifeguards sat looking onwards, they did not try to help the kids get out (there was no-one else on it).
No refund or offer to return when sea was calmer.. you would need to be a strong swimmer to get out if windy. (All kids did these types of obstacle courses at home in lakes, so they could have done it if they could have gotten out).

Kids got really scratched up on the water park. We have been three times over the past four years but the equipment needs to be better maintained. My two daughters (15 and 13) and a friend are strong but they struggled to pull themselves up on some of the equipment as rings were missing and Velcro has come apart and things not adequately inflated. Life guards not very attentive or helpful.

Costa Water Parks is a brand new beach front activity with six locations on the Costa del Sol; one in Estepona, two in Marbella and three, brand new for 2014, in Fuengirola, where we tried the one near to the port on the castle side.
The kiosk on the beach is clearly signed and manned by very courteous young attendants, while everything from the energy and enthusiasm of the staff to the lifejackets and the bright yellow and green rig is clean and tidy, with the ‘newness’ not yet nearly worn off.
Actually an inflatable, floating ‘assault course’, the water park is moored about 50m offshore in fairly deep water, with lily pads between the shore and the water park where, if need be, you can rest during your swim out. Due to the distance and depth of water, it may not be ideally suited to nervous swimmers or beginners.
Once out of the water and ‘on board’, a huge amount of fun is to be had picking your way around the park’s obstacles – preferably without falling off! In fact, it is difficult enough just to remain standing when the entire structure is constantly moving on the waves and the smooth plastic surface is slick with splashed seawater!
As you slowly work your way around, over or across the various inflatable cushions, fences, slopes, ladders and trampolines, and negotiate the monkey bars and trapeze swings, it’s very tricky keeping your balance while trying to avoid a seawater soaking – and all too often it proves impossible, so just accept your punishment! It doesn’t take long before the whole thing dissolves into fits of hysterical laughter - which makes it all even harder! Note: there is a lifeguard on board to help anybody who can’t stop laughing long enough to clamber back up onto the platform.
There is almost as much enjoyment to be had from watching other people’s efforts to get round the park – mostly in vain! – and everyone offers help and encouragement during what really is a great hour’s entertainment, although it does involve quite a lot of physical effort.
At a very reasonable €10 for a 1 hour ticket, the water park is excellent holiday value when compared with, say, a banana boat ride or a paragliding trip, and for those with plenty of energy – especially kids and teenagers – the €25 full day ticket is an absolute bargain, especially when it allows parents to relax on the beach.
Those same adults would probably say, ‘It’s not for me!’, but they’d be so wrong!

I was informed by the sales person (as she described herself) who was I take it, supposed to be a moniter at this attraction in Fuengirola, that it was perfectly safe for a 6 yr old on their own to venture onto this attraction in the sea. This is not the case! They left my daughter to swim out on her own, without checking her safety. They allowed an under 18 minor to book her in, so no adult supervision at all. When my daughter became distressed, they left her to swim to shore. .... on her own. I was at work when this happened, and upon my return I went to speak to the staff about this incident. The sales person was extremely rude and unhelpful and said we were told about the risk ( unbelievable! ) and even refused to refund my daughters 10 euro spending money. I am furious. I told her I wished to complete a complaint form regarding the whole incident, and she said they dont have them. After I told her I am resident in Spain and they would be breaking the law by not having such a form available, she actually produced one. She was rude and unhelpful as we completed the form, and I left absolutely disgruntled. For the record, this member of staff was not Spanish and does not reflect the standard of customer service I usually enjoy in Fuengirola. I only hope this Company take this matter seriously and I await the outcome.

Went on with my 8 year old. The life jacket was old and seams were split. About 10 mins in my son started to complain of his under arms hurting. 30 mins in he said it was hurting too much and wanted to get off. The guy at the desk was disinterested, said my son has sensitive skin (which he doesn't) and that he should have worn a t-shirt under. No one had told us this at the beginning! Son is really hurt, his skin is all open. He didn't offer any sort of voucher for another day. He was totally unfriendly and disinterested

I feel sorry for the owners of this coastal water park as the bad reviews on here are for the inland water parks.
This one is like a giant inflatable floating on a roped off section of the sea.
It's great fun, hard work and value for money! 10€ per hour or €25 for the whole day. If you book for the whole day it means you can get off and have a rest as often as you like.
We all loved it although my husband and I ached all over the next day!

Once we paid to get into the park, we had to pay 4 euro for each sunbed and then 7 euro's each for a rubber ring to use on the lazy river or face a 2 hour wait to go on the ride. Oh and the hire cost was just for a morning or afternoon. We definitely will not be returning to this water park

6 year old freaked as the waves were a bit strong, no staff by the water to help the children on/off the inflatable. One life guard sits on the inflatables doesn’t move around to check the children’s safety. The staff spoke perfect English when taking your money, but when asking for it back all of the sudden they can’t speak English. My boy didn’t go on the inflateables don’t see why they couldn’t give my money back.

How much is it to pay for 2 children and 2 adults to get into your costa water park
Written July 8, 2019
Hi Josh if you visit the website you will see they have lots of offers on and I know they have a package for a family of 4. Please remember that you cannot use your tickets until at least 24 hours after purchasing your tickets . When you get into the park they give you a voucher which enables you to come back and visit until the end of the season for half price as long as you pay for that ticket whilst you are there . Enjoy

Oui bien sûr ça peut convenir sur la structure ... il faut juste nager un peu avant d’arriver à la structure !!
Mais convient tout à fait

No it’s on the beach. Most people we saw tended to do it on a beach day like us so we paid for the sun beds & parasol, spent the day there & fiancé & daughter went on the Waterpark while I stayed in the sunbed.
