Yoga outfit

Love the stall that sold the yoga or gym outfit (for only 5 euros each). We came here on a Sunday and noticed that it wasn't opened on Saturdays.

It would take an hour or two to see everything but it seems you could pretty much see what's on offer at this market in a few minutes. Mostly the same leather goods, electrical items, clothes, costume jewellery. Some good hand-crafted items. Fruit and vegetables cheaper in the supermarket. Somewhere to go on a Tuesday morning.

A huge market with a wide variety of stalls. A pleasant morning out, worth a visit. A good band provided easy listening music near the local street cafes and bars.

As a man I can only take half of this market at a time. If it is quantity and choice then the Tuesday market is the place. Ladies will be delighted at the range and price of ladies clothing.

Great if you love big markets. Stalls are repetitive though all sell the same. Not the cheapest of markets but you can find the bargains of your willing to look around for them. Not very negotiable on prices. Good bus links. We catch the bus here and back but do plan this on advance because the buses don't go back... More

When we went there was a police presence which was nice as it was very busy. Not the cheapest market, a lot of the items were double the price of the seafront shops along fuengirola beach but still fun to look round with the family.

Visited again recently; very big market; love the area around market. Gets very busy ; closes early ; Big mix of merchandise but; the trick is to have a good idea what you want to buy. Always haggle ; because the stallholders shove price up to come back down . Back again soon. Paddy.

We stayed on the Costa Del Sol near Torremolinos for 2 weeks at the beginning of October and on 2 Tuesdays we took the coast train down to Fuengirola to visit the market (and Bioparc) to find out from Tourist Information that it wasn't happening due to it being a public holiday-disappointing,especially as there's no website to check on availability...
