A pleasant place for a stroll. Not crowded in November - no idea what it is like in the summer. Lots of sea shells to gather if you like doing that sort of thing.

The beach is nice, no more than that. The few restaurants are just about fine. It is o.k. for a walk around or a short day at the beach which is also average. Worth visiting once.

The beach is mainly local and offers great sea food at very good prices (much cheaper than Tarifa) it is also a great place to Stand up and Paddle, windsurfing lessons and kayaking as the Natural Park is just next to it. Prices are also much lower that in other areas around, there is a bus station right next to... More

This is a stunning long beach. It has the advantage of facing East so that the prevailing wind is behind and it is sheltered by the mountains

Bit pebbly at the water's edge but not to the extent that you would have to wear beach shoes. Water a little cold given the proximity to the Atlantic :/ but a good enough beach for the area and worth a visit.

Lovely sandy beach, really quiet during the week but quite busy at weekend with lots of locals also enjoying the sand and sea. Lots of little cafes bordering the beach itself, well worth a visit -

Nice clean beach, plenty of room. Bars and cafes along the promenade. Near bus stop and car park. Liked the beach it was nice and relaxing, didn't like the tractors on there when we went but I think they were cleaning the beach.

Out of season, but enough bars/cafes open. Excellent sandy beach with good views of Gibraltar & shippoing activity. Expect it to be crowded in summer. Regular bus service (L8).
