Absolutely appalling customer service.

Booked online via their website. For 2 adults 3 children. Cost around 100 euros which was fine.

When I got there they said I had brought the wrong tickets as my 2 daughters are teenagers and a younger child who is 9 and this classed as 4 adults. I didn't moan I just paid the extra even though the guy was so rude to me about purchasing the wrong tickets I don't speak good enough Spanish to complain. So tried to go in the guy then told me I had to pay for an extra ticket. I said no I've paid for a family and 1 child and now I've paid another 30 euros to change them all to adults. He then complained and told me I was wrong. A manager got called and he just told me to go through.

Once through my girls where told they were not allowed on any of the water slides due to the material of their swim suits. The man then started shouting at them in Spanish complaining they didn't speak Spanish. So much so a Spanish lady in the que ended up helping them and translated. Upset my children came down and ended up going on nothing except the small water pool.We tried to get food but the selection was limited so we just got sandwiches and drinks and then was over charged by nearly 20 euros. When i tried complaining they acted like they didn't understand what I was saying. All in all a cplete waste of money. Id never recommend coming here. Terrible...

Where to begin, the entrance fee was 100 euros for a small family, upon entering the park, we were greeted by the requirement to purchase rubber tubes, for 7 euros each plus a 5 euro deposit. After these had been purchased, we had to pay 10 euros for a sunbed, as well as a further 10 for the WiFi, utter joke seeing as the rides were less than average, crowded, and extortionate. Would not recommend

Overall a great day out.

The rides are pretty tame compared to those in the massive US or Caribbean parks, but the costs are much, much lower. 2 adults and 2 teenagers (13 & 17). €88 entry, €20 to hire a couple of double rings to pretty much eliminate what queuing there was, €6 for 2 loungers and a parasol (we were using 4 loungers but only charged for 2), under €10 for 2 coffees 3 waters and a soft drink. Didn't try the food.

Not super busy, despite it being a Friday during school holidays and tourist season... virtually no queuing all day, so easy to do multiple runs on the favorite rides. Under an hour from Marbella with easy access from the A7.

Had the most fun time here at Bahia Park. I felt like a big kid again 😂
Lots to do for all ages, slides for everyone, jacuzzi for adults only, entertainment provided and wave pool. Zip slide, monkey bars and canon slide. Plenty beds available even on a busy day which it was when I was there. Drinks and food a little expensive as expected so if you want to make it a little cheaper take a cool bag with food and drinks. Also u can wait for dingys by the end of slides but if u don't want to wait u can hire them for 10€ pay 15€ and get 5€ back on return. All in all had a great time and going back this weekend 🙌

This park is the best in the costa if you have younger kids - 9/10 and younger. It's smaller than Mijas and Torremalinos with fewer big slides but if you're there for your little ones it's great. There's basically two splashy areas for young kids (with a 120cm and 150cm height limit), and three slide areas. There's three additional pool areas, one with a zip line for the older kids. Plenty for my 5 and 8 year old to do, it's small enough that you can see where everything is set out.

Things to know:

The floor gets really hot and a lot of it is prickly to prevent slipping - but most people wore their flip flops and just kicked them off at the edge of the pool. Would recommend that or pool socks (sold in giftshop).

Lots of people hire the inflatable rings but we found out was fine waiting for the communal ones (we went mid week and mid July before UK schools broke up so perhaps it's worthwhile in peak).

Went in expecting to queue and pay for extras. Queues only about 10 minutes each ride once we had figured out the system for each coloured float. We hired a ring which was worth it, the staff helped and are friendly. The park is lacking a site map/clear instructions on who can go on what ride.

Went with 8 year old (139cm) and 10 year old (over 140cm). Price to enter is over 140cm adult, under 140 child.

3 of us (dad and the 2 boys) had an awesome time.
About 80 to get in
About 7 for a locker
About 30 for lunch (food was good) opens at 1pm.

Under 140 cm and there are 2 slides you cannot go on.

We arrived 11.30am when it opened and left at 4pm.
We had almost no queue the whole time for anything. The longest wait was less than 5 mins.
We did NOT pay for our own tubes. There was only one time where I had to wait 5 mins for a single to be avalable. Every other time more than enough.

Staff nice

Floor was not that hot - I was totally fine - the beach near GIB is way hotter

Slides fun, good variety. Sure it would be great if there were more but having no queues meant we got on everything a lot.

Went on a Friday at end of August.

Would go again

9 years old is adult in this park but not enough adult to use all the slides. He couldn't use 2 of the slides because he is not adult. So he is big enough to pay the full price but not big enough to use everything. Shame on you. Never again. Not recommended.

The park is great, lots of lifeguards and my two daughters very much enjoyed. However, my youngest aged 7 went on the zip line ride and wasn’t given proper instructions by the lifeguard ( I.e to let go before you hit the end of the zip line) she hit the end with force and did a backwards somersault in the air and landed hard in the water and ended up with red marks all over her legs, this ride is quite brutal and I would say more suited for older children. the other rides are all fine and my7 year old was able to go on lots with her dad and sister.
