Located in a converted church in Alba Carolina, the library is only open on approval of management which must be applied for online...though the site, which is in Romanian only, offers only opening hours.

Travelled all the way from the US to see this, but when we arrived we were told we could not enter because the library is closed for TWO years while they do inventory. i was very disappointed.
