Half the park was under construction so it was very hard to visit and explore. The park closes at 5:30pm even during the summer which makes it very difficult to visit and to park outside hours, since the closer park is 15 minutes walk through a steep road. Hope to visit in the future again and have a better experience.

A very beautiful place, a pity it was a rainy day and they weren't doing guided tours when we went, because these factors we couldn't walk around the park much, but we could see that the park is large, pretty and well maintained, in spring it should be much more beautiful with the flowers blooming. A warning, if it's raining don't go, as the trails are grass and dirt :)

We found this place right behind the municipal pool. Went for a walk and were surprised at how nice this place is.
If your in the area bring some snacks and enjoy the park.

Pleasant park to walk around near the Tamega river! There is a municipal swimming pool and some small walking trails.
