the biggest Polish lake. It is worth taking a walk along the mainland, which is a lot. The greatest impression is made when visiting from the deck of a boat or yacht. Influencing it does not seem to affect the sea, it is so wide. A great view.

The Lake Sniardwy is mostly used to sail around and perhaps fish a little. If you are into boating the region is great. If not you can still swim in the lakes.

The biggest lake in PL has a few things to offer. Small islands at the bottom are worth seeing. Besides, as there’s usually a lot of wind on the lake it’s good for sailing.

The town is rather dull. A lot of shops selling tourist tat and some restaurants.

The boat cruise is good. We booked the 1 hour 20 mins round trip - 120 pln for two adults/2 kids. You can sit on the top deck but it did get very hot and there was no awning to protect us from the sun. Also the beers we bought from the bar were warm.

The town is very touristy and the only road into it is the voivodship-rated 16 which is not in a very good state. So overall not that impressed. Only good for yachtsmen.

We've hired tourist boat to see Sniardwy Lake. It's a biggest lake in Poland but we could imagine it's so huge. We was lucky to have lovely weather and be able to admire sun set.

My partner and I just spent a week, with Gerits, learning to sail in the Mazurian lakes and what a pleasure it was.

The scenery was superb and there was lots of it as the lakes were vast in size.

There was plenty of very very good food in the local taverns and all at very reasonable prices.

Gerits staff were superb and made this a very memorable 50th birthday gift and experience.

I definitely want to return.

One of the biggest lakes in the area. It is recommended to go there over by sailboat or by speedboat. For those that can I drive by themselves you can always take a tour on one of the big tourist ships.
