Our cousin knew our family wanted to get to hear a bit of traditional music before traveling back home to the states and we really hit the jackpot with this place! We wished we could have stayed the whole night, these musicians were fantastic, been playing together for years! Can't thank them enough for a wonderful night. Only downside- they don't serve wine and an FYI- cash only!

Experience the type of front room of a house type feel of a pub from yesteryear. Great pint the owner hand washed every glass. Worth a visit after 7pm when passing through Mullingar.

The best pint of Guinness in Mullingar. The owner/barman is a very interesting man, his knowledge of whiskey is fascinating as is his collection of whiskey. There is nothing fancy about this pub, but dont judge a book by its cover. If you like whiskey talk to Davy!! Traditional music is on a Friday night.
