A very busy garden centre with a wide range of plants and shrubs. Plenty to choose from here and everything for any size of garden

I visit O Meara's every few months when passing through Mullingar and am never disappointed. The coffee shop is quiet, but is a great spot to catch up with friends or simply savour a cuppa. The garden centre has a super range of high quality plants and staff are always friendly and willing to give advice when needed.

I live locally and whilst not a keen gardener I do have one and come here for all my purchases and for advice. They gave me a two layer treatment that rid my lawns of moss.

I prefer Omearas to all the other garden centres in the area as they take care of their flowers, plants and trees so when you go to buy them they are in great shape! They also do all sorts of lovely gardens decorations, pots, gardens tools, etc... They have a lovely Cafe there if you fancy a cuppa or a... More

I bought a rose bush here a few years ago and it is flourishing v the one I also bought in Lidl the same year. Prices are high, but I believe the plants are worth the extra paid. Coffee shop seems to have somewhat irregular hours and is very quiet.

O Mearas have everything for the gardener, from the novice to the expert. Arthur is such a helpfull man and an expert on everything that grows in the ground. lots to see and do, so you can never come here for a quick visit, and you can enjoy a coffee and a fresh scone.

Very ordinary garden centre which also had a fancy household items section in which the goods were quite expensive. It also has a grubby looking coffee shop which I declined to eat in.

Has a good layout. A good selection of plants. Placed a plant on order. Told I would get a call but unfortunately 5 months later I'm still waiting.
