At one time Bill Clinton ton was so broke that he waited on students to leave their table and the acquire leftover pizza and beer. Long time local band showcase. Can't get any more U.ofA student hangout than this place.

Working temporarily in Harrison which is a little over an hour away. George's is worth the trip at anytime. Big and small names with superb talent come here. Saw the Rev and more recently Fitz and the Tantrums. Great intimate venue with not a bad spot to see and hear. Acoustics are surprisingly good considering the size! And outside long... More

I was there to see Fitz and the Tantrums. It's a great place to get up close to your favorite band. I would return for another show!

I would highly recommend this place. We visited from Tulsa Oklahoma for NWA Pride. We had a blast, Trixie was fantastic. We would most definitely return. It was well worth the drive and money.

I have seen several bands at George's. The best part is there are big name bands that come in and this venue is so small. It's make for an intimate show and it allows you to be so close to the band. They have great drinks and a patio out back! We love seeing shows at George's! I have seen... More

I came into town specifically to see one of my favorite bands at George's. I had no idea what to expect, but with the encouragement of some friends who said George's was awesome, we came out for the show. Loved the intimacy of the venue with the band playing on the small front stage. We were able to get a... More

How many decades does it take to make something an icon? Well, once upon a time in the early 1980's there was a young UARK AFROTC student--who grew up to be a Lt General in the Air Force. George's has been around longer than that. Step by and step in to soak up the atmosphere.

I've been going to George's for going in 15 years now, since before the back room or deck. Since Fayetteville still had lots of love music venues--Chesters, JRs, Dave's, even Clunk. Slowly they all closed down, except George's. Since I love music, this bar has been the place to go for years. Usually small or local bands play here, but... More

I had so much fun when I went to a concert at George's. It was one of the funnest times of my life. I love the layout of the concert section. I did not purchase any food. The guards were awesome and it was a damn good time.
