We did the 1 hour tour today. I don't normally do reviews but these guys deserve a great rating. We were a group of 4 beginners so just did 1 hour. The horses were ready for us on arrival and were amazingly well behaved - which really helped with my nerves as I've only been on a horse about 5... More

I have mixed emotions about this company. I am thirteen, an intermediate rider in the US, and I went on one tour with my mom and one with my mom and dad. The first day, my mom and I did the beach ride, and it was absolutely amazing and perfect. Our tour guide was named Linnea, and she was really... More

We were picked up down the road from our AirBnB and the transfer to Solhestar via minibus was straight forward. We were quickly equiped with wet weather gear and allocated horses. There were about 9 of us on the trek with a very experienced leader. The trek was great, comfortable and suitable for all abilities, with great views. We were... More

We stumbled upon this place on our last full day in Iceland. Made it the 1st stop in our Golden Circle tour that day. They offer a 1-hour ride for $64 per person. It was really 75 minutes - and that was plenty of time. Rode thru the countryside and we got to trot a bunch. Nice, young, friendly staff.

Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids--11, 9, & 6) went on the 1 hr. ride/ tour and had a wonderful time. Our guide, Kim, was friendly, patient, and informative. There was plenty of extra staff around the barn to assist us in finding helmets and getting mounted quickly, so we were out on the trail soon after... More
