The two guides were very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and safe riding the horse. Before we were riding out they gave us clear instructions and made sure we could manage it and at the same time enjoying our trip to the lava fields and a little forest. Before and after the ride we had coffee/tea and a chat with the two guiding ladys and cuddled with the horses. Absolutely worth the money! (including the pick up & drop off with a van at several meeting points to choose from in Reykjavik) I will keep the lovely memories and pictures. Thank you very much!

Unfortunately it was very windy, rainy and there was strong fog, but we went still on our horse tour. It was just 3 of us and the tour guide, which was super nice and always made sure we were doing fine on the horse. First the tour took us to the red lava landscape and after we had the chance to ride through a little forest, which I found even more beautiful. After we got some tea & coffee to warm us up. I recommend the tour for sure if you like riding, no matter if you never been on a horse before. The horses are well trained and you always feel safe. We also did the famous 'tölt'.

The tour lead through the red lava fields which are really nice to see. The guides offer to take pictures of you an the horses with your phone so no extra charges.
