Apparently this is something that the Icelandic people do. They go swimming. The pool kids pool and the hot tubs were fantastic. I am regretting why we did not do it any sooner. If you re visiting Iceland then there is a swimming pool almost everywhere you go. It’s a fantastic way to get to know the locals as well.

We are local and go every week. A 25 meter swimming pool that is good for swimming, with a water slide that operates from spring until fall. Nice hottubs and a small sauna. Slightly cramped changing facilities, especially in the summer when it's busy, which is the only it does not receive five stars.

After a long day of driving, we really enjoyed just relaxing in the hot tub. For the price, 900kr, you really couldn’t beat it and it was nice to be around so many Icelandic people. It wasn’t a scenic as the secret lagoon but it was far cheaper and just what we needed after a long day. The facilities were clean and efficient.

Lovely place to visit, hot and cold pools and a steam bath. You can stay as long as you like and the staff is friendly.

Yet another fab outdoor poll with hit and cold pots. Interesting illustration in changing room coridor of how far local shot-putting hero can throw!
