Small and fun park

This is a small park witch is a nice place to take a walk and while you are there you should bring a Frisbee and enjoy the Frisbee golf that is there.
Great place for a pick nick in the sun.

Small park with frisbee golf

The Tjarnargarður (Pond Park) is a small park close to the Heritage Museum in Egilsstaðir. It can be a nice place to walk around and relax, especially in nice weather. It has a small frisbee golf course set up as well as picnic tables and benches. The park could use some work for it to by truly nice, though. The pond is rather shallow and overgrown and some of the wilder areas could use a bit of cleaning up. I believe the municipality intends to make some much-needed improvements and additions to the park soon so that should all improve.

Small park with frisbee golf

This is a small park next to the library. Its nice to walk through. There is also a frisbee golf course. Picnic benches also available.
