This is a quick stop, but a must see. It's absolutely beautiful. The grounds aren't big, so you're in and out in no time. Make sure you don't go when mass is in, if you want to be able to see inside. There's also a small gift shop to visit.

This church is located just down the hill from another landmark, the Crescent Hotel. St. Elizabeth's is an operating Catholic Church. It is surrounded by beautiful grounds, including the Stations of the Cross along the walkway from the bell tower entrance to the grounds. Statues of saints pepper the grounds along with flowers, in season. Inside the modest sized church... More

The walk down to the church is beautiful, and inspiring. Inside the church you are able to pray, and enjoy the peacefulness.

A lovely chapel with beautiful grounds and a beautiful view. It is free to the public, although donations for lighting candles are requested.

This a very beautiful little church. Is a wonderful especially if you are fortunate enough to visit when you are alone. The silence is breath taking. The architecture and works of art are also exceptional. Mostly though, God surely lives there...you can feel it.

You enter through the bell tower, along a path with the stations of the Cross on one side, into beautiful, manicured gardens. As you enter the Church, you are amazed by the beauty of the interior. Quiet please - this is a Catholic Church! Make sure to visit the small gift shop on the grounds. Enjoy the meditation area near... More

If it were handicap accessible, it would rate a 5, but the Church was not built to accommodate wheelchairs. The Church is lovely and peaceful. The stained glass and statues are beautiful. The gardens include several benches and quite a bit of shade. There is a gift shop in a separate building behind the Church.

You must see this church. The kids love stopping in and getting some Holy Water and visiting the store downstairs. Very beautiful and peaceful place.

A small Catholic Church, located down the hill for the Crescent Hotel, St. Elizabeth is unique, as it is the only church in the US to be entered through the bell tour. Simple, yet inspirational, this is a must see while in Eureka Springs.

Fun fact, according to Ripple's this is the only church that you enter through the bell tower. I always thought it was just the gate to the church until I was walking yesterday and the bell rang as I walked through. Make the $1 donation and take the time to read the history. This is an active congregation with daily... More
