We enjoyed this place very much. You wear headphones and push buttons along the route to get details about what the cave and what you are seeing. It's not a tour with a group so you get to go at your leisure. There are several areas to take photos, and the ppl that were running the admissions and gift shop... More

This is not a cave I would like to take with a big group as it's self guided and in order to get reception to the voice recordings sent to your headphones you have to be gathered in a small area. If you like going your own speed through a cave its a great place to visit there is no... More

The cave itself is quite an easy walk. The hill you go down and back up to get to and from the parking is a whole other story. Wow. They give you head phones to wear with adjustable volume. You go to certain spots in the cave, press a button and it tells you history and about the formations. That... More

This is a small cave compared to others we have visited, but our 9 year old enjoyed it. The 30 minute length was perfect for our 3 year old who probably would not have tolerated anything longer.

This was such a great experience! Admission was so affordable and it was money well spent. The cave was nice and cool, it was so informative and it was great that you had headphones so you could listen at different intervals throughout the caves. You could always hear well and if you missed something or wanted to hear it again... More

We all loved it! It was beautiful and awe inspiring. In fact, 2 of the party went back after hours and did "The Wild Tour" and it was one of the best "Cave Spelunking"

It's a really small cave. The price is okay. You get earphones and it's a self- guided tour. It's short. The cave is privately owned. It's definitely more disturbed by people than any other cave I've visited. I've heard the others around are much better.

It's a quick trip but perfect for people new to caves or nervous about being closed in. The owners were very welcoming and helpful with information about the area.

Onyx Cave appears to be a privately owned cave that charges a small amount for admission and provides radio narration on headphones of the sights within the cave. The cave itself is small but by no means did it make cause claustrophobic feelings. With plenty of light inside, the cool temperature of 57 degrees year round makes it a very... More
