Clean, very good therapists and reasonable price. Heated beds for winter was icing on the cake. Would highly recommend this spa for anyone looking for clean comfortable environment where you can enjoy the massage.

Such an amazing experience at this spa in the heart of Kathmandu. One location of several within Kathmandu we decided upon Thado Dhunga. It was a hidden gem and retreat. The facilities are exceptional, decor immaculate and massage incredible. I had a 60 minute neck, shoulders and back massage, followed by sauna. I can say I have walked away feeling like I am floating on clouds. Being a fussy person about massage, I definitely give this five stars!

My experience was great. I visited Kinjjala Spa in search of an acupuncture specialist. I was having a little pain in my knee from a pre-existing injury. I visited Dr. Kailash for 5 sessions and My knee felt much better! Also, the rest of the staff was great as well. The facility was clean, holistic, and relaxing. There tea is amazing also. I would highly recommend visiting this location while staying in Kathmandu.

I had an outstanding experience at Kinjjala Spa. Even though I came in quite late in the evening and without an appointment, I was not refused to take a 90min remedial massage. The spa is just truly peaceful and calming, perfect to let go of the hustle and bustle in the city. The service had been terrific. I was offered herbal tea when I arrived and was given time to just arrive and choose mindfully what I really wanted. I was asked what kind of pressure I'd prefer as well as if there are any pains or injuries they should pay attention to. The massage itself was amazing and the therapeut was definetly very well trained and experienced. She did an excellent job in releasing the stress in my thightend hips and the lower back pain. I felt like I was reborn after this massage. Having had many massages in different places (outside of Nepal though) before, I can actually say that this was so far my best. I also liked that the massage therapist kept on checking in whether or not everything was ok or if she was applying the pressure according to my preference. All in all, this was a truly rejuvenating exprierence and friends complimented me even days after how refreshed I looked. Even though this may be for some a pricier option among other offers in Kathmandu, it's more than worth it!

After a short talk about my whishes of the treatment a got a very nice massage and a very good pedicure treatment. I felt totally relaxt afterwards. The Spa is very clean, well designed and everyone is very friendly and a good professional! Really worth going to!!
